Villa Marijn can accommodate up to eight people, making it the perfect holiday villa for families or two families who want to enjoy a relaxing stay together, without compromising on comfort or privacy.
Inside you immediately experience the warm and attractive interior. The spacious living room with comfortable sitting area flows seamlessly into the sunny terrace and garden through large sliding doors, so that inside and outside flow into each other in a natural way. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances and an extensive inventory, so that you will lack nothing during your holiday. Of course, there is fast fiber optic internet and a Smart TV, so you can easily use your own streaming services.
The villa has four spacious double bedrooms. On the ground floor there is an air-conditioned bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. On the first floor there are three more comfortable bedrooms, two of which are air-conditioned. One of these rooms also has a lovely private terrace where you can start the day relaxed. All bedrooms are equipped with comfortable box-spring beds, ample closet space and shutters for a wonderful night's sleep.
Outside, the real holiday feeling begins. On the spacious terrace you can enjoy long breakfasts in the morning sun, cozy barbecues with family or friends and relaxed summer evenings that go on until late. The luxurious private swimming pool of 8 x 4 meters forms the centerpiece of the garden. Thanks to the wide walk-in stairs and the spacious bench, the pool is suitable for young and old. Around the pool there are comfortable sunbeds ready to enjoy the Spanish sun, while the atmospheric pool lighting in the evening creates a special ambiance.
The fully fenced garden offers a lot of privacy and thanks to the mature trees you will always find a nice spot in the shade even on hot summer days.
Dogs are also very welcome! The enclosed garden offers plenty of space to play safely and in the immediate vicinity you will find beautiful walking routes and special dog beaches where dogs can run and swim freely.
You can easily park on site behind the electrically operated entrance gate. In addition, there are plenty of public parking spaces available directly in front of the villa.
From Villa Marijn you can effortlessly discover the best of the Costa Brava. Within about twenty minutes you can reach the beaches of Roses, Empuriabrava and L'Escala, where you can enjoy wide sandy beaches, atmospheric boulevards and excellent restaurants. Visit picturesque Cadaqués, known for its white streets and its connection to Salvador Dalí, discover the world-famous Dalí Museum in Figueres, stroll through medieval Besalú or taste the local gastronomy and wines in historic Peralada. Golf enthusiasts can go to the nearby Torremirona Golf & Spa Resort and Girona and Barcelona are also easily accessible for a varied day trip.
