The villa is set on a generous plot of approximately 1,000 m² and features a beautiful, fully enclosed garden with private swimming pool. With four spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms, Villa Oliveta can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. The layout makes the house particularly suitable for a large family, two families celebrating holidays together or a stay with family or friends.

Upon entering, you immediately notice the space and pleasant atmosphere of Villa Oliveta. The spacious living room is comfortably furnished and has a separate dining area with enough space to eat with the whole group.
Large sliding doors provide plenty of natural light and give direct access to both the front terrace and the garden with swimming pool at the rear. The characteristic green shutters give the villa a Mediterranean feel and can be closed for extra shade, cooling and privacy.

Four bedrooms and three bathrooms
Villa Oliveta features four spacious double bedrooms, spread over two floors.
There are three bedrooms on the ground floor. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The two remaining bedrooms use a second complete bathroom.
On the first floor is the fourth double bedroom with again an en-suite bathroom. This creates a nice degree of privacy within the house.
All bedrooms have comfortable beds and plenty of closet space. Two bedrooms are air-conditioned.
The combination of four bedrooms and three bathrooms is especially pleasant when traveling with two families or several adults. Everyone has enough space of their own, while the villa offers plenty of opportunity to be together.
Large private swimming pool
During the summer months, a large part of the holiday will probably take place around the lovely private pool.
The pool is located in the backyard of the villa and features a built-in staircase, making it easy to get in and out of the water. Around the pool there are sunbeds ready for long, relaxing days in the Spanish sun. An outdoor shower completes the pool area.
The garden is wonderfully south-facing, so you can fully enjoy the sun. At the same time, there are several places where you can seek shade.

Villa Oliveta is located on the prestigious Torremirona Golf & Spa Resort near Navata, in the middle of the beautiful countryside of the Empordà.
The resort is best known for its beautiful 18-hole golf course, but also offers plenty of opportunities for sports and relaxation. You will find padel and tennis courts, a fitness room and extensive wellness facilities. There are also restaurants, so you can also eat out close to home. (within walking distance)
Golf enthusiasts are of course in the right place here, but even if you don't play golf, Torremirona is a wonderful place to spend your holiday. The resort is spacious, green and quiet and at the same time a very central base for discovering Northern Catalonia.
Everything at your fingertips
You don't have to drive far for daily shopping. In nearby Navata you will find a bakery and facilities for daily shopping. For larger supermarkets, shops and a more extensive range of restaurants, you can be in Figueres within a few minutes.
The location of Villa Oliveta is ideal for holidaymakers who don't want to do the same thing every day. From the villa you can easily alternate between beach, culture, nature, gastronomy and cozy coastal towns.
Discover the Costa Brava
Within a short time, you can reach some of the most beautiful places on the Costa Brava. For example, visit the atmospheric Cadaqués, stroll through the streets of Roses, discover the canals of Empuriabrava or combine L'Escala with the beautiful historic Sant Martí d'Empúries.
The wide sandy beaches of the Costa Brava are also easily accessible. This allows you to have a quiet breakfast in the morning by your own pool and a while later you can have your feet in the sand.
Those who prefer to discover the interior will find beautiful authentic villages in the area such as Besalú, Peralada and Castelló d'Empúries. The Empordà is also known for its beautiful landscape, vineyards, excellent restaurants and delicious local products.
Figueres and Salvador Dalí
Figueres is nearby and is definitely worth a visit. The city is world famous as the birthplace of Salvador Dalí and here you will find the special Teatre-Museu Dalí.
But Figueres offers more. Stroll along the Rambla, visit the shops, settle down on a terrace or enjoy tapas in one of the many restaurants. The weekly market is also nice to visit.
