Several terraces and cozy corners for alfresco dining or relaxing in a completely private and secure garden complete with 6 sunbeds by the pool. More than 200 m2 of covered living space. Cozy living-dining room with direct access to the pool and terrace. Fully equipped, semi-open kitchen and outdoor BBQ. WIFI and national smart TV available. The villa offers three bedrooms: 1 en-suite bedroom with shower room and a balcony with fantastic views on the first floor, 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom on the ground floor. There is also a bathroom on the ground floor. The two bedrooms have air cooler systems and the twin bedroom has an air vent. This villa in Vizcondado de Cabanyes is also a great starting point for trips to Girona, Barcelona, the Dali Museums and the Pyrenees. Airports are resp. 30 minutes (Girona) and 90 minutes (Barcelona). There are also many opportunities for water sports, hiking, cycling, mountain biking, horseback riding and (water) parks. For golfers, there are no less than seven top courses from 18 to 36 holes within a max. 30 minute drive.

Hello everyone, We are Diana and Wilbert, managers of several villas on the Costa Brava. In particular the beautiful region of Calonge, Playa d'Aro, Santa Cristina d'Aro and S'agaro. Each place has its own characteristic element. This part of the Costa Brava has something for everyone.
We would like to receive you personally in one of our accommodations, give you some explanation about the villa, after which you can enjoy a wonderful holiday.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Final cleaning and bed linen are included in the price.
For stays of 4 weeks price on request.

Payment Condition:
Your booking is final when 50% of the total rent has been received.
50% of the total rent must be paid within 3 days after signing the rental contract.
The remaining 50% must be paid 8 weeks before your arrival date.

Cancellation condition:
Reservations can be canceled by means of communication by e-mail or registered letter, with the following cancellation costs:
- free cancellation up to 8 days after reservation date.
- 30% of the total rent if canceled 8 days after the reservation date up to 8 weeks before arrival
- 60% of the total rent if canceled 8 to 4 weeks before the arrival date.
- 100% of the total rent if canceled less than 4 weeks before the arrival date.
