At 100 meters walk from the beach, the promenade and the sea of Platja d Aro. A beautiful holiday destination where you can enjoy all the beauty that Spain has to offer.

Apartment layout
The spacious apartment (70 square meters) with large balcony offers a wonderful view of the sea. On the balcony there is a table with enough chairs so that you can eat outside. You can also enjoy the view inside, whether you are reading a book on the couch or watching television. The kitchen is complete with a dishwasher, large fridge and freezer, microwave oven and hob. For convenience, there is also a toaster and kettle. You can make the best coffee in the morning with the Nespresso machine, the cups are available in every supermarket.

The bedrooms are on the side of the apartment and are therefore wonderfully cool in the summer. There is sufficient space in the bedrooms to place a free cot. Let us know this with your booking and it will be ready for you. The beds are comfortably made on arrival.

For summer, autumn and winter there is air conditioning (hot and cold) in the entire apartment.

From the 8 meter long balcony you have a view of the beach and the sea. The closed parking lot is also located at the rear of the apartment. You will receive a separate key for this

Location apartment
Our apartment is within walking distance (100 meters) from the beach and promenade of Platja d Aro. At the front you can walk straight into the street of Platja d Aro where many shops, supermarkets and restaurants can be found.

The caretaker lives on the ground floor. You can collect your key from our agent Quality Estates. They are available to you 24 hours a day if needed.

Accessibility apartment
From the Dom in Utrecht it is about a 1400 km drive to our apartment in Platja d Aro

Our apartment is about 25 minutes drive from Girona-Costa Brava airport (Airport: GRO).
The major airlines fly here every day. Also the cheap price fighters.
Our apartment is about an hour's drive from Barcelona Airport (Airport: BCN). Here, too, you can choose from all major airlines and low-cost airlines.
