Stay in our beautiful holiday home inland on the Spanish Costa Brava, which has a cooling private swimming pool. The villa has 4 bedrooms, where a total of 9 people can stay overnight. If you are looking for privacy and a beautiful green environment and you still want to stay a 10-minute drive from the beach and beautiful places such as Playa d'Aro and Palamos, then you will have a wonderful time here.

In the morning you can get breakfast at the supermarket in the village 3.5 km away and the nearest restaurant Rio d'Oro can be found at the bottom of the mountain. There is a tennis and padel court 5 km from the accommodation. The area is also known for its beautiful cycling and walking routes.

The accommodation has two bathrooms: one with a shower, toilet and a sink and the other with a bath, toilet and sink. If you don't want to go out for dinner one evening, you can prepare a delicious dinner in the kitchen or light the BBQ. In our villa you have access to a covered terrace with attractive garden furniture.

You can easily travel to the various attractions in the area by car. In addition, Girona airport can be reached within 40 minutes. Barcelona airport is approximately 1.5 hours' drive away.

Particularities
Reservations for groups or groups of people under the age of 28 are not permitted.
Tourist tax is EUR 1.10 pppn and must be paid in cash upon arrival.

Explanation of prices

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts: depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation from 30 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 14 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
