On the upper floor you will find comfortable bedrooms, one of which has access to the terrace. The remaining bedrooms have access to the balconies with views. Enjoy grilled delicacies from the barbecue and relax with a drink of your choice on the veranda. A car can be parked in a nearby garage or in the outdoor parking lot

Hello everyone, We are Carlos and Rivke, managers of some villas on the Costa Brava. In particular the beautiful region of Calonge, Playa d ´Aro, Santa Cristina d ´Aro and S ´agaro. Each place has its own characteristic element. This part of the Costa Brava has something for everyone.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Payment Condition:
Your booking is final when 50% of the total rent has been received.
50% of the total rent must be paid within 3 days after signing the rental contract.
The remaining 50% must be paid 8 weeks before your arrival date.

Cancellation condition:
Reservations can be cancelled by communication by email or registered letter, with the following cancellation fees:
- free cancellation up to 8 days after reservation date.
- 30% of the total rent when cancelling 8 days after the reservation date up to 8 weeks before arrival
- 60% of the total rent if cancelled 8 to 4 weeks before the arrival date.
- 100% of the total rent if cancelled less than 4 weeks before the arrival date.
