Villa Gavarres

The villa is quietly located on the edge of the Mas Pere urbanization
Calonge. It has a lot of privacy and comfort, so you can enjoy it in peace
of your well-deserved holiday. The De Gavarres nature reserve starts at
our front door and it is 10 minutes by car from Sant beach
Anthony de Calonge.

The villa is very complete and comfortably furnished with many Spanish accents. You have a private swimming pool of 8x3.5 m. and you can use 5 very comfortable terraces around the villa. There is an outdoor kitchen, very complete with BBQ. Upstairs there is a terrace at the front and back. The cozy kitchen-diner with wood-burning stove, has a cooking island and is equipped with all appliances. Through the sliding doors you go to a partly covered terrace (13m2). There is also a music dock station.

On this floor there are two bedrooms, both with two single beds of 80x200 cm. (to slide against each other). Bedroom 1 is a large "master bedroom" with air conditioning and ensuite bathroom with spacious double walk-in shower, bath, 2 sinks and toilet.
One floor below is the cozy living room with a large cozy sitting area, wood stove, air conditioning and bodega. The 55 inch flat screen TV has all Dutch channels, there is a DVD and a JBL surround system. Here too there are sliding doors to a partly covered terrace (13m2) with a truly beautiful, relaxing view of the Gavarres nature reserve. Here you will also find the new swimming pool, the outdoor kitchen with BBQ/lounge and child-friendly garden, partly closed off by gates for the little ones.
On this floor there are 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have double beds of 160x200 cm and air conditioning. Bedroom 3 is indoors, but the new ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet and sink makes up for a lot. Bedroom 4 also has its own shower, toilet and sink.
Through a very beautiful antique wooden door in Bedroom 5, which you can close, you enter bedroom 6. This bedroom also has its own toilet, shower and sink and has a double bed 160x200 cm and air conditioning. The bedrooms are all very warm, completely and cozy furnished.

The lovely spacious beach of Sant Antoni de Calonge is less than 10 minutes by car. Wonderful to have a cocktail in the evening and enjoy the boulevard! The characteristic Spanish towns of Calonge and Palamos are definitely worth a visit. These are villages with pleasant shopping streets, restaurants with attractive terraces and a nice fishing port.
Do you want to shop a lot? In Playa de Aro you will imagine yourself in the Kalverstraat where you will find everything.
If you are looking for peace and quiet, there are beautiful hiking trails through the mountains and along the coast. The Dalí museum in Figueres and the city of Girona are beautiful cultural attractions. All information can be found in the Villa and we are happy to assist you and will do everything we can to make you happy!

The villa is very suitable for 2 to 3 families, with 12 sleeping places, 4 bathrooms and cots and high chairs for 2 babies. Also ask about the options in the early and late season.
