Casa "La Plumita" is located on a very nice, quiet, well-kept and young urbanization (Puig Rosell) and this without through traffic with all very spacious plots about 4 km from the sea and is suitable for up to 4 people. (Babies included)  The property has 1300 square meters of fully fenced garden that is south facing with lots of privacy. 

There are a total of 3 double bedrooms. 1 of these has an "en suite" bathroom with all amenities. There is a second fully equipped bathroom. From the spacious entrance hall you enter the living room through a double door with access to the covered terrace. Thanks to the large windows you have a lot of light and also from the house a beautiful view of the pool and garden. From the terrace your eye immediately falls on the swimming pool, the beautifully landscaped and cozy garden and the nature reserve "Les Gavarres". 

On the terrace or under the pergola between the palm trees in the garden you can enjoy a delicious dinner that can be prepared in the fully equipped and spacious kitchen. In the garden you also have the possibility to organize a cozy bbq on the "natural stone" bbq. 

Throwing a ball on the petanque court in combination with a glass of "vino tinto"  in the shade of the palm trees... Simply blissful !!  

There is a possibility to park 2 cars on the enclosed area. A large garden house offers space for several bicycles and the batteries of electric bicycles can also be charged here. 

By car, bike or exploring on foot... You can do that here like nowhere else... quiet along the coastline, mountain biking in the forests of "Les Gavarres" or by racing bike from one village to another on the well-developed roads and the most beautiful nature. A brisk walk between the vast vineyards... It's all possible here. 
In the immediate vicinity (800m) there are several supermarkets (Spar, Aldi...), restaurants and the cozy old village of Calonge.

We are Raf & Jill, a spontaneous couple from Limburg in Belgium. In January 2020 we have settled permanently in Spain earlier than planned. Suddenly Covid 19 popped up. We realized more than ever how much importance we place on our freedoms. We therefore decided to purchase a Holiday Villa in order to allow our guests to enjoy their well-deserved holiday in a safe environment and complete privacy. Maintenance of the villa is carried out by ourselves.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The rental and cancellation conditions will be sent by email after we have received a booking request.

Casa La Plumita can accommodate up to 4 people.

The sleeping capacity for the Villa is 4 people. This may not be exceeded under ANY circumstances.

The Villa is NOT rented to groups of young people under 27 years old, bachelor parties, parties in general, hooligans, etc...

Casa La Plumita is non-smoking. Under NO circumstances is smoking allowed inside the house.

All published rates are weekly rates, based on a minimum stay of 7 nights.
Tourist tax is included in the total price.

All our guests are received by ourselves on arrival (section "about us")

In order to provide the best service to all our guests, our official check-in time is 17:00 and our check-out time is 10:00. (Other check-in and check-out times can be requested, but are subject to availability.)

The final cleaning is MANDATORY and NOT included in the rental prices mentioned.
The price for final cleaning per stay is € 175, as we want to offer every guest the same form of order, cleanliness and hygiene.

The house must be used "with due care".

A deposit of 25% together with a copy of the passports of each person in the travel party and the signature of our rental & cancellation conditions is required to confirm your reservation. 

The remaining 75% plus the deposit (500€) must be paid no later than 8 weeks before arrival.

If the date of reservation is less than eight weeks before the arrival date, you will be required to pay the total amount at once to confirm your reservation.

The deposit is 500€ per booking, which will be refunded no later than 7 days after departure if the property has been left without defects by the main tenant.

Additional information

Every golfer can indulge in the 18 holes Van golf D'Aro at Mas Nou and at the same time enjoy the beautiful views that this golf offers.
Culinary you can indulge yourself on the Costa Brava in different price categories. Restaurant "Can Roquet" is run by Belgian owners. It is located in Romanyà de la Selva in a 17th century "Masia". Here you can enjoy lunch or dinner from the beautiful terrace with beautiful views over the Spanish landscape.
In Palamos you can indulge yourself in all kinds of areas. For example, the harbor offers the possibility to rent Jetskis or boats and you can take diving lessons. In the pleasant center there are countless shops where you can shop to your heart's content. From the beach to the center there are cozy pubs, taverns and restaurants where you can taste both Spanish and international cuisine.
The small but very cozy center of Calonge is certainly worth a visit.
Highly recommended for the grill enthusiast is the restaurant "Bell Lloc" located 20 minutes from Casa La Plumita
The dog beach, which opened in 2023 and is open all year round for dog owners, is certainly an asset to the area. Located 5km from "La Plumita" between Sant Antoni de Calonge and Platja d'Aro.
