A brand new and fantastic ground floor apartment with garden in Torrevieja in the Villamartin district? Our luxury apartment has two bedrooms (two double beds) and a sofa bed, making it suitable for six people.

In addition, the apartment has two bathrooms and a beautiful garden overlooking the pool. Enjoy the garden from the terrace while you can keep an eye on the children who are having fun in the swimming pool. The apartment is fully equipped, such as a luxurious fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, internet, television (including Dutch channels), linen and towels. Within walking distance you will find a professional golf course and Villamartin Plaza with numerous restaurants. Would you rather be a beach lover? There are several well-known beaches in the area where you can enjoy the sea and the beach.

You can enjoy great shopping at the famous La Zenia Boulevard shopping center (5 minutes' drive). There are numerous attractions, such as the salt lakes, the extensive orange plantations, the cities of Alicante, Torrevieja and Cartagena. The area is popular as a holiday destination all year round. It is also suitable for a longer stay to spend the winter.

We are Frans and Melleny and together with our daughter we are the proud owners of this beautiful new-build apartment. We would like to share our pride with others through rental. The manager will be present on site upon your arrival to hand over the keys and provide a brief explanation of how to use the equipment in the apartment.

Explanation of prices

To make a booking, you must pay 20% of the total rental price as a down payment within 7 days.

After receiving the deposit you will immediately receive a confirmation and your booking is final. You deposit the total rental price, deposit 250 euros, 85 euros cleaning costs and 15 euros key collection no later than 6 weeks before the start of the rental. You will of course receive the deposit back after your holiday if the apartment has been left in good condition.

The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. This apartment is not rented to young people under the age of 21.

The rental price also includes:
Internet, TV, outdoor swimming pool, air conditioning, linen, washing machine,
Water and electricity is 80 kWh per week or 10 kWh per day. If you use more, 0.30 cents per kWh will be charged. This will also be deducted from the deposit.

A high chair or camping bed can be booked at an additional rate through the manager. If you cancel the booking within 4 weeks before the arrival date, 20% of the total rental price will be withheld.
