This home's open and inviting floor plan creates a soothing flow to the home, and sliding glass doors to the private yard immediately invite you to enjoy the outdoors. It has a modern, but cozy appearance and the tastefully designed furniture in soothing colors of turquoise, brown, gray and white underlines a peaceful atmosphere.

The living room is equipped with two comfortable leather sofas, a TV where you can receive TV Flanders and free WiFi! The living room connects to the stylish dining area and the new modern fully equipped kitchen, which contains the main appliances and cooking utensils.

In the villa you will find two bedrooms and a bathroom, one bedroom has a double bed and the other bedroom has two single beds. Both bedrooms have wardrobes and ceiling fans. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and sink.

The guest room or the studio attached to the villa has a bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and ceiling fan. In this studio you will also find a small living room with air conditioning, kitchen with the essentials and a bathroom with shower, toilet and a sink.

Relax by the private swimming pool (8x4m), unwind and relax on one of the sunbeds. And for some extra luxury you can use the outdoor kitchen, charcoal barbecue and there is an extra toilet so you don't have to go around the house all the time. You can freshen up the laundry with the private washing machine. The garden is completely fenced and you have access to your own parking space through an automatic gate.
