The apartment has 2 spacious bedrooms, each with 2 single beds (160x200cm) and 2 bathrooms.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor (elevator available) and has a beautiful view over the communal swimming pool. Furthermore, the apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, WIFI, TV with Dutch channels and air conditioning (hot/cold). Private parking for 1 vehicle is available.

There is a lot to do and see in the area, including

*Villamartin Plaza with many restaurants and bars 1 kilometre away.
*Several golf courses around the corner.
*Zenia Boulevard shopping mall at a distance of 4 kilometers.
*Several beaches at a distance of 5 kilometers.

We are Joeri and Nicole and since February 2024 we have been the owners of this new modern apartment on the Costa Blanca. Our apartment is located near several beaches, restaurants, golf courses and large shopping mall, book quickly and come and enjoy this beautiful destination.
