The open kitchen is fully equipped and is adjacent to the cozy living room with direct access to the covered terrace, the private garden and the swimming pool. 

Everything is new, stylish and air-conditioned. Includes private parking next to the house.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

In case of cancellation, the following conditions apply:

  • The deposit (25%) is non-refundable.
  • If cancelled up to 60 days before arrival, only the deposit is due.
  • In case of cancellation between 60 and 30 days before arrival, 50% of the total rental price is due.
  • If cancelled within 30 days of arrival, the full rental price is due.

If the apartment is rented out again in the same period, the landlord will - in all reasonableness - refund (partially) the amount already paid, minus any administration costs.

Cancellation by the landlord will only take place in the event of force majeure (e.g. serious damage to the apartment). In this case, amounts already paid will be refunded in full, without further liability.
