We are pleased to present our new apartment in the Costa Blanca South. This penthouse has a large roof terrace of 60 m. You can enjoy the beautiful view of the salt lakes from the lounge with a delicious cocktail or from the sun loungers with parasol.

You can also serve delicious tapas at the large dining table under the pergola. This penthouse contains 2 bedrooms, 1 room with a large double bed (160*200cm) with 'hard' luxury mattress and 1 room with 2 single beds (200*90*90). cm) while maintaining all comfort.

Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower, sink, hairdryer and toilet.
Bed linen and towels are included.
Baby chair and baby bed on request. 1 small dog allowed upon payment of an additional cleaning fee of 25 eur per stay.

For the Masterchefs among you, there is a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, hob, extractor hood, combi oven, toaster, coffee maker, crockery, etc. If necessary, you can put in a washing machine or turn on the dishwasher.
The dining room has a dining table with 4 chairs and the living room has a comfortable sofa with TV. There is also an adjacent sliding window with a terrace where you can have a nice breakfast or test the WiFi and read the newspaper on your smartphone. From this terrace you also have a beautiful view of both swimming pools. If it gets too hot in the house, you can turn on the air conditioning, which can be adjusted in each room.

The residence is a closed complex with 40 apartments and is a low-rise building. You can also use the communal swimming pool and the separate children's pool. There is also 1 parking space provided.

There is a lot to do in the area, such as the beautiful beaches, Playa Flamenca, Cabo Roig, Punta Prima, Campoamor... If you would like to go shopping, you should certainly not miss La Zenia Boulevard, with a wide range of shops and a range of restaurants/bars. Close to the apartment you will find Plaza Villamartin, a pleasant square full of cafes and restaurants, where you can usually enjoy live performances in the evenings. There are also many supermarkets nearby!

Hello holidaymaker!

We are Tom and Nicky, young forties who have decided together to buy a second home under the sun.

Nicky has already seen a large part of the world, but has been in love with Spain since childhood, because of the weather, the beautiful culture, the language, the gastronomy and the hospitality. Furthermore, I am a real bon vivant and it is nice that you can only reach your destination in a 2.30 hour flight!
Tom has the same passion for Spain but is also very sporty

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

2. Reservation and payment
1. The remainder of the rent must be paid no later than (30 days before the arrival date).2. If the advance payment is not made on time, the reservation will be cancelled. Even if the remainder of the rent is not paid on time, the reservation will expire and the amount paid will not be paid. In addition, the provisions of Article 3c (cancellation by the tenant) then apply.3. After a timely receipt of the full payment, you will receive the confirmation that will be given access to the penthouse

3. Cancellation by the tenant
1. Cancellations must be notified to us in writing. We will send you a cancellation confirmation immediately upon receipt of the written cancellation.2. In case of cancellation by the tenant, the following amounts are due:a. for any cancellation up to 90 days before the day of arrival: 30% of the rent. in case of cancellation from the 90th day to the 45th day before the day of arrival: 75% of the rent. in case of cancellation from the 45th day to the day of arrival or on the day of arrival: 100% of the rent.3. The tenant is not entitled to a refund of part of the rent in the event of temporary departure or late arrival.4. If it is not possible to travel to Villamartin due to official corona measures, a voucher can be provided to allow the trip to take place within 12 months. We advise you to take out cancellation insurance.
