Welcome to our apartment on the golf course of Altea Club de Golf, completely renovated in 2021. Our apartment is centrally located, in a quiet place and therefore the perfect base for everyone. Whether you want to enjoy the beach or prefer to take a lovely walk in the mountains, everything is nearby.

The quiet and small-scale apartment complex has a lovely swimming pool where the children can relax.

The apartment has a beautiful view over the golf course and the Bernia Mountains. Through the sliding doors you enter the large terrace of 40 m2, with lounge and dining table.

After the complete renovation, we immediately provided the apartment with a completely new inventory and furniture. This means you have a completely new interior with, among other things, WiFi, a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, an attractive (electric) fireplace and a Sonos system. In the kitchen you will find a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, toaster, citrus juicer, Nespresso coffee machine + milk frother, ample crockery and kitchen utensils.

From the "master bedroom" you can go to the terrace through the sliding doors. There is more than enough cupboard space for your clothes, and there are plenty of bath towels and linen available. The second bedroom has 2 separate single beds. The modern bathroom has a double sink, toilet and a shower. The apartment is accessible via steps from the street to the front door. (2 flights of stairs).

The location is an easy 15 minute walk into the village of Altea La Vella, although the walk back is a little more challenging as it is uphill. The town is small but fully equipped: there is a supermarket, a bakery, a kiosk, a pharmacy, a bank, a post office and several cozy cafeterias and good restaurants. The beautiful town of Altea and its beautiful beaches are approximately 10 minutes away by car. There you will find many more shops, the picturesque old town and a boulevard with many bars and restaurants.

The nearest beach is just 5 minutes away by car at La Olla, where you can snorkel, canoe, windsurf or enjoy a delicious paella in one of the chiringuitos (bars). There are many beautiful hiking and cycling trails in the area. And there is also a lot to discover by car. The long sandy beaches are just 15 minutes away by car in Calpe. You can park for free in the quiet cul-de-sac in front of the entrance.

Hi, may we briefly introduce ourselves? We are Marcel and Sandra, and we have taken over this beautiful apartment from Mark and Monique and are continuing it in the same way. We love the nice weather, delicious food, the beautiful nature and of course the conviviality.
We would like to share all this with our guests and hope that you will also enjoy our new apartment and everything that the Altea area has to offer.

Cancellation policy

Changes due to corona
Are you unable to go on holiday due to corona measures? Up to 30 days before arrival, you can change your booking free of charge. A holiday to another period can of course be a little more expensive. You only have to pay the difference. If your holiday is cheaper than the original price after change, we will not refund the difference. You can then extend your booking if necessary and thus limit the difference.

Annul
If you prefer to cancel, the cancellation costs depend on the time you cancel.

- If you cancel within 14 days of making your reservation, you will receive a 100% refund of the travel sum.

- If you cancel later than 14 days after making your reservation, the cancellation costs are as follows:

10% of the rental price if you cancel 3 months (92 days) or more before the scheduled arrival
50% of the rental price if you cancel between 3 months and 1 month (between 91 and 31 days) before the scheduled arrival date
100% of the rental price if you cancel 1 month (30 days) or less up to the day before the scheduled arrival date

For the sporty guests; many challenging walks can be made in, for example, the impressive Sierra de Bernia. The Sierra de Bernia, an impressive mountain range located perpendicular to the coastline in the province of Alicante, Spain, offers beautiful hiking. To get there, take the Callosa/Altea la Vella exit on the N-332 north of Altea. You drive through the village of Altea la Vella and continue to follow the CV-755.

The old center of Altea, Casco Antiguo, is an attraction in itself. It is built on a hill, which gives it steep winding streets. Here you will find beautiful, whitewashed houses. In the 18th century, these houses were mainly used as craft workshops, shops, galleries and restaurants.

Visit Poblo Antic, the old town of Atlea

If you are going on holiday to relax on the beach, Villajoyosa is the right place for you. In this city you will find some of the largest beaches on the Costa Blanca with a width of up to 100 meters. A good example of such a beach is the central Platja de Villajoyosa. This may be the main beach, but due to its enormous width you will not be bothered by your fellow tourists. Another advantage of the Platja de Villajoyosa is that everything you could need is here. First aid, showers, toilets, sun loungers, umbrellas and iced coffee, all at your disposal. You can also practice various water sports on the Platja de Villajoyosa, such as diving and jet skiing, and you can rent a boat to explore the Spanish coast. All in all, you won't be bored on this beach.
