Casa Oliva is a cozy holiday home in Calpe, located in a quiet urbanization on a dead-end street. There are 2 parking spaces on site.

The holiday home has a cozy living room with a cozy seating area, a lounge sofa and lounge chair, dining area with table and 4 chairs. Free Wifi/Internet and new Smart TV. A small but functional kitchen with a large fridge-freezer combination.
New! Pellet fireplace for winter evenings.

2 spacious bedrooms with double fitted wardrobes. 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 x 1 single bed, both with a private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
Air conditioning in living room and bedrooms.

New camping bed with extra mattress, including bed linen. Baby/children's crockery available.

From the covered naya a view of the private swimming pool, beautiful garden and the famous Peñon d'Ifach rock.
Next to the swimming pool is a thatched gazebo, a stone BBQ and garden furniture. There is an outdoor shower. The spacious garden is completely fenced.

There are sunbeds at the pool, a lounge area and parasols.
So you can read a book in the shade or in the sun or simply dream away with the beautiful view of the Ifach. The spacious lounge sofa next to the pool is a place where you can easily relax all day long.

At Casa Oliva you can enjoy a wonderfully relaxing sun holiday with all the necessary amenities within a short distance!

You will be received by our Dutch manager, so no language problems.

Casa Oliva is located 900 meters from Cala del Mallorqui Bay and 1.7 km from La Fustera Beach.
The beach on two sides of the Penon with the long attractive boulevards of Calpe is only a few minutes by car from Casa Oliva, where you will find many restaurants, terraces and nice shops.

The popular GRIZZLY'S restaurant, restaurants, bars and 2 small supermarkets are within walking distance. Large supermarket at 1.4 km.

Welcome to Casa Oliva!

We, Frans and Annet are the proud owners of Casa Oliva. During our holiday we fell in love with this house and its location. A cozy and quiet holiday home with a lovely garden and private swimming pool. After a freshening up and new decoration of the house, it is wonderful to stay here. We enjoy the beautiful nature and bays, cozy boulevards and the Mediterranean climate every time we are here.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Rental periods only possible from 11 nights due to the new regulations in Spain.

Deposit 30% upon booking. The remaining balance and deposit must be paid 6 weeks before the start.

Check in from 15:00 hrs..
Check out 10:00 am.

Bed linen and towels: included in the price. You must bring your own beach towels.
Water: included in the price.
WIFI: included in the price.
Pellet pellets: 1st bag free, then €7.50 per bag, will be deducted from the deposit.
Electricity: consumption will be deducted from the deposit.

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the leased property on the agreed date, he must immediately notify the landlord. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed in writing or by emailto landlord.
If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will continue to owe 30% of the rent; in case of cancellation from 2 weeks to the start date of the rental period 50%. If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.

El Castell de Guadalest is one of the most beautiful villages in the interior of the province of Alicante, just half an hour to an hour's drive from the famous seaside resorts on the Costa Blanca. The village is almost 1000 years old and beautifully situated on a large azure blue reservoir. The uniqueness of this village is that it is almost completely integrated into the rocks and is situated around the eleventh-century castle.
