Palmera Penthouse, Valentino Golf II

Come to the Costa Blanca South, the region with the best climate in Spain! You are therefore welcome in our Palmera Penthouse at any time of the year! This apartment is located in the gated residence Valentino Golf I.

The modern apartment on the top floor of building 1 has 2 bedrooms for 2 people, each with a bathroom. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa bed, where 2 more people (children) can find a place to sleep. In addition to this cozy sitting area, there is a dining area for 6 people. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped: a microwave and an oven, a dishwasher and a washing machine. For coffee there is both a filter machine and a Dolce Gusto machine and of course there is a kettle. Furthermore, there are more than enough pots, pans and other cooking utensils, you won't miss out easily, which is also very comfortable for a long stay.

On the balcony, equipped with sun/windscreens, you can enjoy good food at the table and chairs and there is also a seating area to admire the sunset in the evening. On the roof terrace, which you reach via the central staircase, you can enjoy the Spanish sun all day long! But of course you can also sit under the pergola in the shade. There is a sofa for lounging, two sunbeds for sunbathing and there is an outdoor shower to rinse off in between. In the countertop you will find an electric grill and the table can be partly converted into a dining table, so that you can also eat your prepared bbq snacks comfortably here. 

Both the apartment and the roof terrace are accessible by stairs and by elevator, so that the apartment, which lacks thresholds, is also suitable for guests with reduced mobility. You can also reach the parking garage under the building by elevator. There is a private parking lot here, where you can park your rental car (which we strongly recommend!) nice and cool.  

The Valentino Golf I residence offers guests and residents many services: 3 swimming pools with jet stream and umbrellas, a nice playground, petanque courts (ball set available) and a padel court (2 rackets and balls available), all in a green and well-kept garden. 

Palmera Penthouse is located in a sloping area, about 10 minutes by car from the sea where you will find Playa la Zenia. Due to its location, almost on the edge of the buildings, you are very quickly in nature. Within walking distance is the beautiful Villamartin Golf course and the shops and international restaurants of Villamartín Plaza can also be found about a 10-minute walk away. A little further (not within walking distance) is the La Zenia Boulevard shopping center. Along the beach of Torrevieja, about a 15-minute drive away, there is a long promenade with many restaurants serving local dishes. Along the entire coast, from Guardamar and La Mata to San Pedro de Pinatar there are both sandy and rocky beaches, so you can sunbathe and swim, but also snorkel in the 'calas'. There is an incredible amount to do and discover in the area: the salt lakes in various places along the coast, the mountains in the hinterland where you can walk, the cities of Elche, Alicante, Murcia and Cartagena with their historic centers. Alicante and Murcia airports are both about a 50-minute drive away.
