Palmera Penthouse, Valentino Golf II

Come to the Costa Blanca, the region with the best climate in Spain! You are therefore very welcome in our Palmera Penthouse at any time of the year! This apartment is located in the gated residence Valentino Golf I, built in 2018. The apartment on the top floor of building 1 has 2 bedrooms for 2 people, each with a bathroom. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa bed, where 2 more people (children) can find a place to sleep. In addition to this cozy sitting area, there is a dining area for 6 people. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped: a microwave and an oven, a dishwasher and even a washing machine. For coffee there is both a filter machine and a Dolce Gusto machine and of course there is a kettle. On the balcony are a table and chairs for dining and there is also a seat to admire the sunset in the evening.

On the roof terrace you can enjoy the Spanish sun all day long! But of course you can also sit in the shade under the pergola. There is a sitting area for lounging, two sunbeds for sunbathing and an outdoor shower to rinse off in between. In the kitchen counter you will find an electric grill and the table can be partly converted into a dining table, so that you can also comfortably eat your prepared BBQ snacks here.

Both the apartment and the roof terrace can be reached by elevator (but of course there are also stairs), so that the apartment, which lacks thresholds, is also suitable for guests with limited mobility. You can also reach the parking garage under the building by elevator. There is a private parking lot here, where you can park your rental car (we strongly recommend it!) nice and cool.

Valentino Golf I offers guests and residents many amenities: 3 swimming pools with jet stream and parasols, a nice playground, petanque courts (ball set available) and a padel court (2 rackets and balls provided), all set in a green and well-kept garden.

Palmera Penthouse is located in a sloping area, about 10 minutes by car from the sea where you will find Playa la Zenia. Due to its location, almost on the edge of the built-up area, you are quickly surrounded by nature. The beautiful golf course Villamartin Golf is within walking distance and the shops and international restaurants of Villamartín Plaza can also be found about a 10-minute walk away. A little further (not within walking distance) is the shopping center La Zenia Boulevard. Along the beach of Torrevieja, about a 15-minute drive away, is a long boulevard with many restaurants serving local dishes. Along the entire coast, from Guardamar and La Mata to San Pedro de Pinatar, there are both sandy and rocky beaches, so you can sunbathe and swim, but also snorkel in the 'calas'.
Alicante and Murcia airports are both approximately 50 minutes' drive away.
