Our beautiful brand new penthouse for 6 people is immediately available for short and long rental periods. The penthouse is located on a closed resort, with its own parking space and a private swimming pool.
The location is a short distance from many beaches, restaurants and a large shopping mall. The penthouse is surrounded by Europe's most beautiful golf courses and nice towns.

Alicante Airport - 45 minutes

The rental prices are from 105 euros per night.
Prices vary per season and number of nights.
Renting for a longer period is also possible, please contact us for this.
The fixed cleaning costs after departure are €125.

We are the Scheenhart family, with a love for Spain we bought this penthouse in Villamartin. We are very fond of the area and can be found here several times a year. In times when we are not here ourselves, we would like to let others use it. We have furnished the penthouse to our own modern taste.

We apply the following cancellation conditions

Cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the ^90th and the ^60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the ^30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
