It is a spacious house of 145 square meters and three floors. It has 3 bedrooms and an extra bed at your disposal. You can stay there with 6 people. Rates INCLUDE gas, water, electricity, wifi, bath towels and bed linen!!

The house has 2 bathrooms. It is an authentic typical Spanish house with Spanish details. The kitchen is slightly dated but functions properly and is equipped with a dishwasher, combi microwave, gas stove, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, air fryer, toaster and sandwich maker. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer. Living room has air conditioning and in the cold period electric heating. There is also a wood stove. There are two bedrooms with mobile air conditioning and the middle bedroom (1 person) has a fan. All bedrooms have electric heating for cold days.

The house has a patio, balcony and a roof terrace with beautiful wide views over the mountains and surrounding villages. The communal pool is a 7 minute walk station 4 minutes walk away and supermarket a 3 minute walk. The beach at 10 minutes by car. You can also take the bus which is free in the summer months. The price includes bed linen and (bath) towels, wifi and energy costs.

My name is Chris. I have a nice spacious house for rent in the beautiful Teulada-Moraira Costa Blanca. It is a village with many facilities. Including a communal swimming pool a 7-minute walk away. Spacious supermarket 3 minutes walk. Shops, restaurants and train station within walking distance. The beach at 10 minutes by car. But it can also be done by bus which is free in the summer months. The area has a lot to offer. The house is also spacious with a spacious roof terrace with beautiful views.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

PRICES INCLUDE GAS, WATER, ELECTRICITY, WIFI, BED LINEN AND BATH TOWELS! If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the leased property on the agreed date, he must immediately notify the landlord. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed to the landlord in writing or by email. 

If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 4 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will continue to owe 50% of the rent; For cancellation from 4 weeks 75% and for cancellation from 2 weeks until the start date of the rental period 100%. If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
