Welcome to CASA JUNA in Villamartin.Our beautiful new apartment on the 1st floor is located in the gated complex Valentino golf III, in Villamartín, Orihuela Costa. The apartment offers space for max. 4 people and has a cozy living room, a luxury kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, there are 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed of 160x200 and a bathroom en suite and the other bedroom has 2 single beds of 80x200 but this can also be made into a bed of 160/200 and has a separate bathroom. Both bathrooms have a toilet, sink and walk-in shower. From the living room but also from both bedrooms you can go to the sunny balcony which is located on the southwest. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning (hot/cold), T.V (NL sees and Netflix), washing machine, drying rack, ironing board, iron, linen and towels and you have free Wifi. There is also an elevator and you have your own parking space on the enclosed grounds. Pets are not allowed in our apartment and smoking is prohibited inside. We will welcome you on arrival and hand over the keys to you. Valentino golf III has a communal swimming pool, jeu de boules court, playground and outdoor fitness equipment. The complex is quietly located but is close to golf courses, restaurants, shops, beaches, nature parks, salt lakes. Very ideally located for cycling enthusiasts! We also rent electric bicycles at the apartment. Villamartin Plaza with many restaurants and a small supermarket at 10 min. walk. Villamartin Golf Club at 10 min. walk. La Zenia shopping center less than 10 min. drive. Torrevieja at 15 min. drive. Alicante airport at 50 min drive. Cities; Alicante, Elche, Murcia, Cartagena all within 1 hour drive.
