The house has all the luxury you could wish for on holiday. Unlike many other houses, our apartment has 2 bathrooms and electricity is included in the rental price (10 kWh per day).

Of course, our apartment has a luxurious complete kitchen, communal swimming pool, air conditioning, internet, television in many languages, a terrace of 14m2, an underground parking garage, linen and towels. 

The communal part on the fenced ground floor is also quite special. No less than 2 swimming pools, 1 children's pool, playground equipment and a jacuzzi provide even more pampering.

Of course, the sea is close by, with a beautiful beach. In addition, the region has plenty of restaurants, local shops, but also the well-known shopping center La Zenia Boulevard (a 5-minute drive away). The area offers you so much entertainment that you will run out of time. Cycling in the area, the sea with the beautiful beaches of the Costa Blanca, walking and golfing on a golf course with international allure.

Seeing flamingos in the wild, the cities of Alicante, Torrevieja and Cartagena, the salt lakes, the vast orange plantations and so on. The sandy beaches are a short 10-minute drive away. The most preferred airport is Alicante (45 minutes drive).
