It is a new 2-bedroom apartment in Villajoyosa (Costa Blanca and 10 km south of Benidorm) at 800 meters from the beach / sea (12 minutes flat terrain walk) with all the luxury on the top (3rd) floor (elevator / stairs). So no upstairs neighbors! The apartment is part of Residencia La Moratella (47 apartments), with a communal and secure swimming pool and garden.

- Recognized guide dogs are always allowed!

- Many sights, tennis, paddle, golf, cycling, hiking, shopping in the area

- Benidorm and Alicante are very easy and cheap to reach by public transport!

- Nearby towns: Alicante, Benidorm, L'Alphas del Pi, L'Albir, Altea, Calpe, Denia and El Campello

We are Souni and Huub and with our Asian and European roots we like to seek out the sun, sea and the local culture and traditions. We are fortunate to have a few beautiful apartments in a prime European location: Vrsar in Croatia (Istria) and Villajoyosa (Costa Blanca) in Spain. We have deliberately chosen these, less crowded, prime locations because of their typical Croatian and Spanish culture and beauty. We would like to share these apartments with you so that you can enjoy them too.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Wintering possible from October 1, 2026 - April 1, 2027. Rental price € 300 per week from 4 weeks.

Final cleaning: € 110,-

Check-in: € 15,-

Check-out: € 15,-

Deposit: € 350,-

Cancellation Policy:

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge

In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.

You must take out cancellation insurance yourself.

1. Smoking only on balcony (moderate use). 2. Use shower before using the pool. 3. No glass at pool. 4. Do not cause any nuisance on the sunbathing lawn and swimming pool.
Garbage: Dispose of garbage directly in the public containers (contenedores) along the street. Do not leave waste outside to prevent pests.
Cleanliness: Keep the property, pool and lawn tidy during your stay. Return the house broom clean and with an empty dishwasher.
Locking: Always lock windows and doors completely when you leave the house (to prevent intruders). The security door of the apartment only works if the door is locked!
Air conditioning: between 22°C and 24°C (most comfortable). Setting the thermostat cold (e.g. 16°C) can cause the system to freeze and damage! Repair costs are at your expense.
