Ca La Mina

Ca La Mina is a charming villa for 6 people. Quietly located in Javea, Balcon al Mar, at Mirador del Cap de la Nau.  When you open the gate that leads to the garden, you immediately get a warm feeling and imagine yourself in paradise. A beautiful well-maintained green garden of 1000 m2, fully fenced, the colorful flowers and the many palm trees in the garden immediately attract your attention, breathtaking. 
Here you will find space, lots of privacy, tranquility, a cozy covered terrace with its own bar and a BBQ, a lounge area where you can enjoy the Spanish sun or some shade from morning to night . A second covered terrace, adjacent to the kitchen, is ideal as a summer living and dining room when shade is needed or in winter when you can enjoy the warmth of the sun. The kidney-shaped swimming pool (10 x 5 m) is equipped with solar heating which makes swimming pleasant.  Around the pool there is a beautiful tiled terrace with plenty of space to place sun loungers or you can use the lawn in the garden to relax under the palm trees. There is enough space for the children to play safely in the garden, a well-behaved dog is certainly welcome in consultation. Your car can be safely parked on the off-road parking with an electric gate on the street and a detached closed spacious garage. The villa has an entrance hall, a living room, with comfortable armchairs and a fireplace, this provides the necessary atmosphere in the evening or extra warmth if the evenings are a bit chilly in the late season. There is a guest toilet, a beautiful fitted kitchen with Bosch appliances giving direct access to the covered 2nd terrace. On the ground floor are two spacious bedrooms with good mattresses and pleasant bedding, the rooms have shutters.  There are three bathrooms.  Everything in very neat condition. On the upper floor there is a^3rd bedroom with a small private terrace where you have a view of the garden and the sea.  The third bedroom is located in the tower and is round. Charm all around... All rooms are air-conditioned (cold/hot). An exterior safe staircase leads to the roof terrace, with a breathtaking view over the entire garden, here you also have sea views. You can enjoy the sunset here in the evening or enjoy the sun during the day.  A private place where you can retreat for a while. The villa is quietly located. At 150 meters you can walk to Mirador del Cap de la Nau with a magical sea view, here are also 2 smaller restaurants with terraces. In the area you will find plenty of choice of restaurants for every budget.  250 meters from the villa is a small supermarket where you can buy fresh bread in the morning as well as all other products.  Here is also a small cozy padel / tennis club, at the villa you have absolutely no noise nuisance.
