Our apartment/penthouse is residentially located within walking distance of the 14 km long beaches of Guardamar. Our house has beautiful views, on all 3 balconies, over the endless sea. Enjoy your holiday in our apartment equipped from A to Z.

Beautiful large kitchen with adjoining terrace. Large living room with dining area and large terrace. 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the large balcony you will find a storage cupboard for the washing machine. At the bottom of the building is a closed garage. The complex has a beautiful pool complex with 3 pools with lifeguard. Also changing rooms, showers, toilets and a first aid post. A bar where you can buy a drink and a snack for a reasonable price. You can also rent sun loungers and parasols. The beaches of Guardamar are famous for their fine sand, also very safe for children, transition from shallow to deep is very gradual. Please note: The swimming pool is open from June 15 to September 15.

Note: The price of electricity is 0.40 euro cents per KWH.

Deposit: 200 euros

We have a closed garage under the property. This can be rented for 10 euros per day or 50 euros per week.
