We are Kathy and Ronald and after a visit to the unknown city of Torrevieja, we fell for everything this city has to offer. Sun, sea and beach, affordable catering. We have a blended family with 2 girls and 1 boy, all young adults and living at home. For us, a visit to Spain is time for ourselves as partners. The two of us can enjoy the weather and the countless restaurants and terraces that Torrevieja has to offer.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property (anymore), he will continue to owe the full rent
