This very beautiful traditional finca / villa has been completely restored in style, with a modern and luxurious interior, but retaining its traditional elements, including the 200-year-old well and washing place, and the 200-year-old house itself. The location of the property and its traditional character make this villa a very attractive 'home' away from home. The house is therefore ideal for families and friends who are looking for peace and quiet at home, but still want to be close to all the activities that Javea has to offer. The house itself has 4 beautifully decorated bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious open kitchen, sitting and dining room, each with its own atmosphere, as well as a traditional Riu Rau (covered terrace) for socializing and all outdoor meals. There is also a cozy central sitting area under the old olive tree in the middle of the garden, next to the swimming pool terrace. Furthermore, a beautiful lounge seating area has recently been placed in front of the house. In addition, a very nice open kitchen and BBQ has recently been added to the house behind the swimming pool. The very spacious garden also has a beautiful swimming pool with a spacious terrace and various fruit trees (orange, lemon, olive).
During the evening, the terraces, the garden and the swimming pool are attractively lit, so that you can also enjoy a nice swim and enjoy the silence and the natural surroundings.
The house was built with thick Tosca stone walls and is fully insulated, with double security windows and doors, keeping heat and cold largely out. All areas are air conditioned and all rooms also have ceiling fans to provide a cool breeze for hot summer nights. All windows have built-in mosquito nets for the night.

Villa layout
The 'master bedroom' or matrimonial bedroom with 'queen size' bed is located downstairs and has patio doors to its own terrace as well as its own fully equipped bathroom. A beautiful wooden staircase leads to the first floor where there are three more bedrooms. The second bedroom has 2 single beds that can also be put together for couples to have a spacious double bed. A third spacious bedroom also has a queen size bed and a sleeper sofa next to it, and a fourth bedroom has a bunk bed with a third bed underneath that rolls out if desired. All bedrooms are carefully furnished and decorated with pleasant lighting to create an intimate and pleasant atmosphere. The upper floor has a well-appointed bathroom for the bedrooms upstairs. The beautifully decorated wooden kitchen has all built-in luxury (dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, etc.). The house has WiFi and satellite TV with 100s of channels, as well as smart TV for internet TV and for use of any internet movie providers. The washing machine is located in an adjoining 'laundry room' next to which there is also a downstairs toilet. The downstairs area has underfloor heating for cool winter days. The villa has a spacious private parking (2 cars private + 1 next to the house). In the summer of 2022, a new open (covered) kitchen with a beautiful stone BBQ was built behind the pool terrace where you can enjoy a nice meal or a cocktail.

Environment
The villa is located in an older and rural Spanish neighborhood just outside the historic center of Javea (10 - 15 minutes walk) with all its sights, restaurants and tapas bars, and also 10 minutes by bike through old roads with orange groves to the beautiful Arenal sandy beach or to the old port of Javea. Jasvea also has some of the most beautiful beaches in Spain, especially Playa de Portixol and Playa de Granadella. Javea is one of the few Spanish coastal towns that has largely managed to preserve its historic character. There is also a wide range of all kinds of activities, something for everyone, within a short distance (golf 3 km, tennis 1 km, various village fiestas, go-karting 1 km, paintball 2 km, boat rental and trips, excursions to neighboring old villages and the beautiful mountainous interior, etc.
