This apartment is quietly located 200 meters from the beach, 800 meters from the Arenal dike in Javea and 1 kilometer from the port.
The apartment has a south-facing large terrace (18m²) and is therefore also very suitable for winter visitors. Monthly prices on request. During the months of June, July, August and September we rent from Saturday to Saturday. During the other months, check-in is also possible on other days, except Sundays.
There is a large communal swimming pool with children's pool. There is a well-kept garden where you can enjoy the sun.

There is TV Vlaanderen with Belgian and Dutch channels and WiFi.
There is also an underground closed garage space and storage room with direct lift connection.
In the area you will find a large supermarket and pharmacy. There are also several bars and restaurants within walking distance. If you want to enjoy a drink by the beach, there are several beach bars at 200 meters in the summer months.
