Our cozy apartment on the sunny Costa Blanca offers a relaxing retreat just a 2.5-hour flight from the Netherlands. From Alicante Airport, it's a modest 40-minute drive to get here.

Located in a quiet residential area, about 3 kilometers away from the lively center, the harbor and the attractive boulevard, you will find a comfortable home away from home.
The sea is 220 meters away, as are a supermarket and delicious restaurants.

Apartment
Casa Crianza is located on the second floor Relax in the cozy living room, equipped with air conditioning and TV for streaming and enjoy the tranquility in the well-furnished bedroom.

Freshen up in the bathroom, complete with toilet, shower and washing machine. A fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal, including fridge, microwave and Nespresso machine. Towels and bed linen are ready, and of course there is a good WiFi connection.

Step outside onto the sunny terrace, which is south facing, and enjoy the view. There is even a second terrace above the apartment where you can enjoy the sun in all the shelter.

Free parking next to the apartment is available in the designated areas, so you can enjoy your stay without any worries.

Bedroom
Upon arrival you will be greeted by a beautifully made double bed The bed guarantees a wonderful night's sleep, because sleeping comfort is of paramount importance to us.

In addition, in the bedroom you will find a spacious built-in wardrobe complete with plenty of clothes hangers and a chest of drawers for your convenience.

The bedroom has air conditioning that can cool and heat. Don't need an air conditioner? You can also turn on just the ceiling fan with remote control for cooling, so you can sleep in peace and comfort. And for extra privacy and a good night's sleep, all windows are equipped with shutters.

Your sleeping experience is of the utmost importance to us, which is why we strive to make your stay as pleasant as possible, from the moment you enter the bedroom to the moment you wake up rested and refreshed.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Prices include water, WiFi and 10kW electricity per day.
Power consumption above 10kW per day will be deducted from the deposit at €0.40 p/kW

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
