The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa, TV with TV Vlaanderen (Belgian channels), a dining area for eight people and air conditioning. Large windows to the garden also bring light and views outside into the house – this is truly modern indoor/outdoor living at its finest.
The entire house and garden are equipped with a wireless network, so your daily dose of internet news and updates is just a click away.
The kitchen is well stocked with all the pots, pans and accessories you need to prepare a home-cooked meal, including crockery for eight people. A fridge-freezer, hob, oven, microwave, kettle, Dolce Gusto and a toaster can be found in the kitchen.
This fully renovated villa has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a guest toilet. All bedrooms have air conditioning. Three bedrooms, one of which is en-suite, have double beds and a built-in wardrobe. The other bedroom has a bunk bed with a built-in wardrobe.
Both bathrooms have a modern walk-in shower, sink and toilet. In the hallway you will find a small bathroom with toilet and sink.
Most of the time you live outdoors in Spain. So enjoy your spacious private garden to the fullest, read a book in the comfortable lounge set. Breakfast on the terrace with sea view. Take a refreshing dip in the large swimming pool (about 10x5m). And relax on one of the sun loungers.
Don't feel like cooking inside? Then grill on the charcoal barbecue and eat in the outdoor kitchen or on the terrace. In the outdoor kitchen you will find a charcoal barbecue, sink, small fridge, dining table and bench. You also have an additional guest toilet, so you don't have to go around the house with your wet bathing suit!
And to complete your holiday, you can use the washing machine and there is plenty of private parking on site.

The pool can be heated on request from April 1 to November 1. The costs are €30 per night.

2: A small staircase is required at all times to reach the villa.
3: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 8 people; exceeding this number is not permitted.
4: Parties are strictly forbidden at all times.
5: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided on arrival, but you will need to replenish them yourself.
6: We strive to provide a comfortable and relaxing stay. However, please note that occasional work or noise from the surrounding area may occur and is beyond our control.
