The bungalow with private pool was completed in 2004.
There are two floors.
The entrance leads into the hall, where the cloakroom is.
The 3 bedrooms are located on the groundfloor, so they will stay cool in summer.
Here are also 2 bathrooms located.
A marble staircase leads to the 1st floor where the living area, garden & the pool are situated.
Here is a third bathroom.
The livingroom has a fireplace, sitting area, diningarea in the conservatory and a kitchen.
The french doors lead to the covered terrace with diningtable & bbq.
There is a large open air terrace around the pool with sunloungers, sunbeds, parasols and gardentables.

The livingroom has a television with satellite for all dutch, english, french & german channels.
There is also a dvd player.
In the library are many Dutch, English and German books.
Also games are available.
The kitchen is equipped with modern equipment: washingmachine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffeemachine & Senseo & Dolce Gusto, sandwichmaker, toaster, juicer, blender, electric tinopener etc.
In one of the wardrobes of a bedroom is a safe, in which you can store your valuables such as passports, driving license, credit cards etc.
Use of safe is free.
In the three bedrooms are large, spacious wardrobes.
Each bedroom has 2 1-person beds.
Each bed has a 1-person duvet.
The groundfloor is airconditioned, so one can sleep cool.
There is also a fan in each bedroom in case one does not like airconditioning.
Use of airconditioning & fans is free.
2 bathrooms have a bath.

The private swimmingpool (8 x 5 m) is located at the rear of the house.
The staircase provides easy access into the water.
The depth of the pool ranges from 1.20 to 1.90 m
2x per week (in summer) our keyholders will come to clean the pool and test the water for the correct watercomposition (included in rentalprice).
Beside the pool is an outdoor shower.
Around the pool is a large tiled open terrace with sunloungers, sunbeds with mattresses, parasols, garden tables, etc. Also there is a covered terrace with dining table and chairs and bbq.

The use of our private swimming pool is entirely for your own risk.
If children use the pool, there should always be an adult present.

The villa is detached.
The garden is completely enclosed and therefore safe for children and pets.
In the backyard is the pool.
The swimming pool (8 x 5 m) has a broad flight of stairs and the pool slopes down to 1.90 m deep.
In summer the pool is maintained 2x per week by our keyholders (included in the rentalprice).
In low season the pool is cleaned 1x per week.
There is also an outdoor shower.
Around the pool is a large terrace.
Here are deckchairs, sunbeds with mattresses, parasols, garden tables, etc. Also there is a covered terrace with dining table, chairs & BBQ.
On the other side of the house, streetside, is a balcony.
Beside the house is a spacious parking for 4 cars for private use.

You rent our house because you have to celebrate something special?
Let us know your arrival and, as a surprise for the birthday boy, we decorated the house (see photos).
Cost depends on your needs.

At 1-minute walking distance is the SPA with pools with different depths, grottoes, lawns, deckchairs, ability to drink or eat, massage, fitness, wellness, etc.
For access to the SPA, a ticket must be purchased at the entrance.

At 10 minutes driving distance are several beaches: El Campello, San Juan, etc.
These beaches are always quiet, even in high season.
In some places on the beaches one can rent chairs, umbrellas, etc.
Along the beach of El Campello is a walkingpromenade.
Along the beach of San Juan is a car boulevard.
Your car can be parked easily anywhere.
No parkingfees on the beaches and boulevards.

In Bonalba, within walking distance of the villa, are restaurants, minimercado, bars, cafes etc.
Within 10 minutes driving distance is a huge super-mercado, Carrefour.
There are also cheap supermarkets such as Lidl, Aldi etc.
In the clubhouse of the golfclub one can have breakfast, lunch and dinner.
In the SPA one can also eat small snacks.

Our keyholders manage our bungalow.
Upon arrival they will be waiting for you, explane the house, hand you the keys, answer your questions, etc.
The final cleaning (mandatory) is done by our keyholders and, upon arrival, will be paid by you to our keyholders in cash 85 Euro end-cleaning.
They are your contactpersons during your vacation.
Our keyholders can pick you up from the airport, if requested, can clean extra for you during your holidays etc.
These additional costs are not included in the rent and payable directly by you in cash to the keyholders.

It is not uncommon guests departing and arriving at the same day.
These are our changingdays.
The bungalow must be cleaned, all dirty laundry washed etc.
This takes time.
You may therefore check in on arrival after 16.00 hours.
And on the day of departure the house must be vacated not later than 10.00 hours. Guests must always take into account these changing days.

Our keyholders will be waiting for you in our bungalow.
Therefore you have to inform us about your flightnumbers & airports and arrival- and departuretimes.
Our keyholders will be informed by us about your arrival- and departuretimes in Bonalba.
48 hours prior to departure from your homecountry you will have to confirm your arrival to our keyholders.
If your flight is delayed, you will have to keep our keyholders informed about this delay.
If you are traveling by car from your homecountry, you must also confirm 48 hours before departure what time you expect to arrive in the bungalow.
If you notice during your trip you will arrive sooner or later than specified time, you have to phone our keyholders to inform them about your changed arrivaltime.

From Alicante Airport it is 20 minutes drive to Bonalba.
From Valencia Airport it is about 2 hour drive to Bonalba

Via D-Reizen you can book your tickets to Alicante or Valencia.
You can fly with Ryanair from Eindhoven, Maastricht, Charleroi, Weeze to Alicante. With Transavia you can fly from Schiphol, Rotterdam and Eindhoven to Alicante.
You can fly with Vueling from Amsterdam to Valencia & Alicante (not every day a direct flight).
Via D-Reizen you can also book a car, which will be ready at the airport of destination.
By car from the Netherlands it is about 2200 kilometers from Utrecht.

After your travelreservation through
D-Reizen we will send you the contract with information about keyhandover, cleaning, itineraries, cancellation policies, trips and tips.
You will get the phonenumber of our keyholders.
They will wait for you on arrival in your bungalow.
They will show you around, give explanations of electrical appliances, hand over the keys etc.
To them you will pay on arrival in cash 85,00 Euro endcleaning.

50% of rental fee due upon booking.
Booking is only confirmed upon receipt of at least 50% of the rent.
Remaining 50% of rental fee + 200,00 Euro deposit due four weeks prior to date of arrival.
By booking our villa you declare to agree with the above arrangements.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation must be in writing as soon as possible to the lessor.
Following cancellation fees are applicable:
At all times: 25% of first 50% deposit,
3 to 2 months prior to arrival 25% of the rental amount,
between 2 to 1 month prior to arrival 50% of the rental amount,
1 month prior and nearer to arrival the full rental amount.
If tenant does not make use of property or leaves befóre the end of the tenancy, there will be no refund.
By making a reservation you declare to agree with the above arrangements.
We recommend a travel cancellation insurance. This can be done via D-reizen.nl.

Tenant is responsible for making a travel-, personal- & cancellation-insurance.

Deposit of 200.00 Euros to be paid with the payment of the 2nd 5o% of the rent.
The deposit will be refunded 2 weeks after departure, after we have received from our keyholders their approval regarding damage, breakage, etc.
In case of damage caused by you or your guests to our house, furniture, electrical appliances, pool(machine) etc. these costs will be charged to you on presentation of an invoice.
These costs can be reclaimed by you via your travelinsurance (made by yourself)

ON REQUEST!
We do not have a computer in our bungalow.
Bring your own laptop and through our keyholders a Dongel with credit can be rented.
This costs 25 Euro per week (Dongel rental + credit).
The credit is 100 megabytes per day, which will be enough to read and answer your emails & to surf the Internet.
It is not enought to download films or large files.
If you want to order a Dongel, this has to be requested in advance, so our key holders can take care the Dongel + credit will be ready on your arrival.
These costs will be paid by you in cash to our keyholders.
There are only a few Dongels in stock, so first come, ......

Keys: in case of loss or theft of keys the costs for replacing the missing keys & locks + remote control of the gate will have to be refunded by you with a surcharge of 15.00 euros.

From Bonalba follow the signs to Busot. one drives through the rocky moonscape of Cabeco d'Or, a beautiful trip.
Follow the signs to the Canalobre Cuevas (caves).
Floodlights enhance the dramatic effects of the stalagmites and stalactites, which is 100 meters high crowding in the vaults.
The acoustics in the cave is so great that there are summer concerts.

From Bonalba follow the signs to San Juan and El Campello N 332 to Benidorm.
One can see the huge towers and apartments & hotels etc. from afar.
In Benidorm follow signs to boulevards and center.
Park the car and walk on the boulevards of Benidorm with nice restaurants, shops, small houses and alleys etc.

From Bonalba follow signs to Elche.
Beautiful city with thousands of date palms, dating from 300 BC. who survive for so long by irrigation.
Elche has a beautiful botanical park, Parque Municipal.
In the park is an excellent restaurant (not cheap)

Fun to do is to take the tram to Alicante.
From Bonalba you drive to El Campello and board the tram to Alicante.

Keyholders for meet & greet in our villa. They will be your contactpersons during your vacation.
Cleaning: Endcleaning is compulsory.
This takes place after each stay.
You will pay 85 Euros in cash to our keyholder on arrival in the villa.
Golf carts & -balls: on arrival we will give you free golf balls.
If desired, there is free use of our 2 golftrolleys.
Sightseeing: caves, saltwater lake, safari park, Terra Mitica, Aqualandia (water park), Mundomar (dolphin show), markets etc.

Through the website of D-Reizen you can select your preferred holiday period.
We will receive an email from D-Reizen with your choosen period.
After we agree on the choosen period, we receive from D-Reizen your address etc.
Then we will send you an email with the confirmation & contract, directions, tips, trips, etc. will be forwarded to you by mail.
Your first deposit is 50% of the rent.
The 2nd payment: the remaining 50% of the rental amount need to be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival in the bungalow.

5 minutes from Benidorm you can make an excursion on horseback through the countryside and accompanied by a guide.

In Villajoyosa follow signs to Safari, where you can see wild animals

At Denia (autopista A7, exit 62) are guided excursions with quads, buggies, kayaks, jet skis, etc.

Near Benidorm is located at Aqua Natura, waterpark with rapids.
Next to it is Terra Natura, a zoo

In an open bus for a tour through Benidorm, under the guidance and information from a guide.

In Finestrat (2 kms from Benidorm) you can go to the karting track.

In Villajoyosa you can go to the Museum about chocolate.
In El Campello you board the train, Line 1, to Villajoyosa, stopping Creueta.

In Callosa d'en Sarria (near Altea)is a museum with a collection of historic cars and motorcycles.

At the junction Jijona-Busot is the museum of nougat and marzipan

The castle of Santa Barbara in Alicante towers over the city.
It was originally an Arab fortress.
At the time of King Philip II, the castle was rebuilt and later even more renovations and extensions.

The castle of San Fernando was built to defend the city against the invasion of Napoleon's troops.
The fortress was never completed.
Now, the castle serves as a theme park.

The cathedral of San Nicolás de Bari (Saint Nicholas) was built in 1662 in the Herrera and the Baroque style.

The church of Santa Maria was built in Gothic style on the foundations of an Arab mosque.
The façade is in Baroque style.

The townhall of Alicante was originally built in Baroque style.
On the first step of the ladder is a disk with the words punto cero (zero).

In Carrefour and several banks one can withdraw money.
Make sure nobody is behind you or dishes up a story, which will be distracted.
In many shops one can pay by debit & credit card.
For debitcard always carry identitycard.
This also applies to the creditcard & one needs to know the PIN code.

If you would like to be picked up at the airport, let us know as early as possible so that our keyholders can fit it into their schedule.
Airport pick-up is not included in our price and have to be paid by you in cash to our keyholders.
