Welcome to our spacious comfortable holiday apartment in Lamos de Campoamor on the beautiful Costa Blanca. From the airport 45 minutes drive.

With a living area of no less than 129 m2, this spacious apartment offers plenty of space for families, friends or couples who want to enjoy a relaxing holiday together under the Spanish sun. The apartment can accommodate 6 people and has 3 large bedrooms, each with its own bathroom (2 with shower 1 with bath) This allows everyone to enjoy extra comfort, privacy and convenience. Ideal for families or several couples.

The apartment is fully furnished and fully equipped so that it lacks nothing during your stay. Practical basic facilities available.

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a water filter, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, nespresso machine, filer coffee machine, and toaster. Washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron. Hair dryer. For extra comfort, there are three air conditioners so that every room is pleasantly cool during hot summer days. Of course, there is also Wifi available, so you always stay connected.

From our spacious balcony (with electric awning) there is a beautiful view with the Mediterranean Sea in the distance. A wonderful place to wake up quietly in the morning with a cup of coffee or to enjoy the Spanish atmosphere in the evening.

Thanks to the spacious layout, comfortable furnishings and practical layout, you will immediately feel at home.

We think personal contact is important and do our best to ensure that our guests feel welcome from the first moment of contact until departure. On arrival there is usually a small selection of drinks waiting for you, such as  Limonchello, wine and beer. Feel free to use it, we like it when guests replenish the stock a little for the next visitors where possible. We work with a key manager who lives on the urbanization. He takes care of the check-in and check-out and is always available during the stay for emergencies. 

 Just 40 meters away is a fenced swimming pool that is accessible to a group of apartments. 

 The white clean beaches are a 7-minute drive away. The apartment has two beach chairs and two umbrellas.

Within walking distance you will find a shopping center with restaurants, bars, supermarkets such as Lidl,  Mercadona, drugstore, pharmacy and various amenities. Just a 10-minute drive away is the large Zenia Boulevard shopping centre, one of the largest open-air shopping centres on the Costa Blanca. Here you will find more than 150 shops, restaurants and cafes. In addition, there are play areas, entertainment and regular events, making it an ideal destination for shopping and a fun day out.

From the  apartment  you can walk to the clubhouse of real club de golf Campoamor. You can have a delicious lunch there. It is located relatively high on a hill, giving you panoramic views over the golf course, the green valleys around it and towards the Mediterranean Sea. Many people like the late afternoon light, because the course, hills and sea get more depth due to the height differences.

We are Erik and Els Huijbregts from Sint Oedenrode and since 2024 proud owners of our lovely apartment in Dehesa de Campoamor.
After years of enjoying holidays in Spain on Dehesa de Campoamor, we fell in love with this beautiful area: the nice climate, the beautiful beaches, cozy restaurants and the relaxed atmosphere. That's why we decided to buy our own place in the sun, a place where we like to stay ourselves and which we now also like to share with others.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The basic price is based on 4 people. The surcharge for extra persons is € 7.50 per person per night.

Cancellation policy

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the rented property on the agreed date, he must notify the landlord immediately. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed to the landlord in writing or by e-mail.

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

  • In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: Free of charge
  • In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
  • If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not (or no longer) use the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.

This apartment offers you plenty of space, with the spacious living room and the adjoining balcony you have plenty of space to eat together, read a book or lounge.
Enjoy sun, sea and tranquility. The apartment is close to the wide sandy beaches (10 minutes drive), cozy boulevard restaurants and the marina. In the immediate vicinity you can take beautiful coastal walks. There are several golf courses and water sports facilities.
