Everything you see on this page is exclusively for you! You do not have to share the pool with others. You have an incredible amount of privacy here and that is quite special.

In the small fishing town of Javea, in the province of Valencia, you will find our holiday home "Villa Solymar". Ideally and quietly located in the centrally located popular district of "Costa Nova" with a spacious (approx. 1200m2) perfectly maintained garden. Close to the promenade, the most beautiful beaches, dozens of rocky bays and valleys. The ideal place to enjoy the south of Spain in this lovely villa.

Before you make your final booking, we would really appreciate it if you would first send us a message with the desired period, composition and ages of your group and any other questions. We are selective about who we allow into our homes.

This villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is equipped with every comfort. Good for a maximum of 6 people (3 bedrooms with double beds). Ideal for families, couples and outings with friends. For those who come by car, or rent one on site, there is room for 4 cars in the closed driveway. The holiday home also has a cozy living room, openly connected to the dining room and spacious, fully equipped open kitchen, equipped with gas hob, convection oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine & dryer. The storage room has a 2nd refrigerator.

This holiday home is on one level, is located on a spacious plot of 1200 m2 and is built in Spanish style with beautiful arches and covered terrace “naya”. It is comfortably furnished and fully equipped, including WiFi (fiber optic) but also air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room.

The spacious, covered terrace (naya) with seating area offers the opportunity to dine or relax while enjoying the beautiful view of the garden.
Around the house is a large garden with a lawn and covered terrace, an outdoor kitchen with BBQ, a private swimming pool, a very spacious driveway with carport and electric gate where you can have fun. In short, this beautiful holiday home is ideal for the whole family.

There is heating for the colder seasons and because of the glazed naya and the spacious garden around, you can always find a spot in the sun. This villa is also a wonderful place in winter.

There is a lot to do in the area surrounding the villa. How about nice walks through the beautiful nature reserves, or to Javea's top attraction - Playa Granadella? Or a bike ride through the area? And of course relax at one of the beautiful beaches in the area; the possibilities are endless!

A pet is sometimes allowed, but always after consultation; Just ask the question in a message and we will answer quickly.
Any different dates or longer periods can also be requested. Different prices apply for long-term rentals.
