Villa Estrella

Detached Villa with beautiful views of the sea, the Morro Castell and the rock of Calpe. The house contains 4 spacious bedrooms (2 double/2 twin) and two bathrooms. Our house is located in the beautiful Balcon al Mar urbanization, Javea. Private swimming pool of 10x5 m with Roman steps in the Mediterranean garden of 1000m2. A beautiful Spanish authentic barbecue is located next to the swimming pool. There are plenty of sun loungers to relax next to the pool.

Balcon al Mar in Javea is considered one of the most prestigious residential areas in Javea, is very private and quiet, it offers some of the best sea views in Javea and is only 5-10 minutes by car from the beautiful Arenal beach, with its multitude of fantastic seaside restaurants and bars. Our finca is located just a 5-minute drive from one of the top 10 beaches in Spain, Playa Granadella, with clear turquoise water. In addition, and also a 5-minute drive away, the sublime Portixol beach and the Cap Nau viewpoint. The cozy Moraira is only a 15-minute drive away and the city of Denia is only a 20-minute drive away. From Denia you can take the ferry to popular Ibiza.

Our house has a large living room with leather sofa and armchairs, a separate naya with dining table and chairs, a modern kitchen with, among other things, an oven, coffee maker, induction hob, dishwasher and a refrigerator with freezer. There is also a washing machine available in the house. Two bedrooms are on the ground floor as well as a bathroom with shower. One floor lower, on the same level as the swimming pool, there are two bedrooms and an additional bathroom with shower. There are also toilets on each floor. There is also air conditioning in each of the four rooms. Finally, the house has a FIBER Wifi / Internet and TV connection due to Internet Chromecast. The sea view is breathtaking. You book a house with all the tranquility of a luxury urbanization. Finally, there is a small supermarket within 500 meters walking distance where you can get your fresh bread and smaller purchases every day. Once again within a 10-minute drive there are several larger supermarkets with very extensive ranges.

PS: we do not rent our house to groups/groups under 27 years old
