It is located just 6 km from the lovely (sandy) beach in Moraira.
The apartment, with elevator and air conditioning, is located in a quiet complex with a beautiful garden and 2 swimming pools. Beautiful views to the mountains, the town and communal pool.

The apartment is very conveniently located within walking distance of the pleasant center of Teulada (500 m) with many nice restaurants and terraces.

There is fiber optic cable with Wifi in the house download 259, upload 256 Mbps. So eventually working at your holiday address or watching movies, no problem.

No pets allowed. For reasons of tranquillity, this house will not be rented to groups of young people under the age of 25. Organizing student parties, bachelor parties and drinking parties is prohibited in this house.

Particularities:
- The tenant must inform the caretaker before 4 p.m. of the premature delivery in case of arrival after 6 p.m.;
-To avoid unnecessary waiting at the holiday home, we kindly ask you to inform the manager of your announced a few hours before arrival. Also inform them of the departing arrival 1 day before the stay;
-Beds are made upon arrival and you will receive a meet and greet by our property manager;
-The manager will also take the meter readings with you on arrival and the consumption word on departure ad. € 0.38 per kWh paid locally. (with average consumption per stay of 1 week about € 30)

- Bed linen is mandatory at € 19.50 per person.
-Final cleaning is also mandatory and costs € 85 per stay

Hi we are John and Jane and have been coming to Moraira and the surrounding area with our family for many years.
The Costa Blanca has a beautiful environment where you can enjoy yourself.
Lovely local markets, delicious dining and intimate coves for swimming.
We are happy to offer you our holiday home and expect that you will like this place as much as we do. :-) Perhaps you will come back every year to discover the many places. Benidorm is also about half an hour away.
