Beautiful spacious villa with all amenities such as: WiFi, Smart TV with Chromecast, air conditioning in the upper bedrooms, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, air fryer, private swimming pool and three bedrooms with three bathrooms. The living room turns into a covered terrace (yes) that can be completely closed off by means of glass panels. The villa has a kidney-shaped private swimming pool including outdoor shower with hot water, beautifully landscaped garden around the house with several terraces to sit and enjoy the beautiful sea view, and the fantastic view over the green valley with orange trees and the mountains such as the Montgo. The area in front of the house is a green area (no neighbors across the street).
The villa is in a rural and quiet location in a dead-end street in the residential area of Monte Solana, close to Denia. The most beautiful beaches and Spanish towns and various golf courses are a short distance away. There is also a large indoor shopping center nearby.
This is a paradise for nature lovers who enjoy (mountain) walks or cycling/mountain biking.
There are more than 320 sunny days per year. Valencia and Alicante are also within an hour's drive.
You will be received by a Dutch-speaking management company (of course they also speak English, Spanish and German). They will contact you before you leave home to discuss your reception in Spain. You will be welcomed by them and they will walk you through the house and answer all questions. If there are any questions or other matters afterwards, they can be reached by telephone and will come by if necessary. At the end of your holiday they will receive the keys again.
A car is necessary to explore the area! This can be done, for example, via the ANWB (*CONTENT HIDDEN*). You do not have to be a member of the ANWB.

The long driveway, which is slightly ascending, with space for several vehicles can be reached via a large sliding gate. At the end of the driveway you can walk into the garden or take the stairs which leads to the first floor where, in addition to a large storage space, the studio is also located. (If you do not rent this additionally , there is a €150 discount per rental period.)
The studio consists of a small living room with kitchenette (refrigerator with freezer, electric hob if desired and a sink with cold and hot water). The living room flows into the open bedroom with a double bed. There is also sufficient cupboard space. The bathroom (sink, shower and toilet) can be reached via a door in the living room. The bathroom has a window and electric heating. The living room has two windows with shutters and mosquito screens.
If you walk up the second staircase outside, you reach the top floor where there is a very spacious tiled terrace, the swimming pool and a beautiful roof. Here is also the entrance to the naja (covered terrace), which gives access to the living room of the villa. The naja is fully lockable with glass panels. In the naja there is a table surrounded by six chairs.
The living room has two sofas with a coffee table and a dining table with six chairs. There is also a closed fireplace, a large smart TV and two cupboards. From the living room you enter the semi-open kitchen with sufficient storage space. The kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a dishwasher, microwave, a (separate) oven and a ceramic hob.
From the kitchen you have access to the utility room where there is a large refrigerator/freezer and a washing machine and dryer.
From the living room you can walk towards the bedrooms with associated bathroom (the house is, as it were, mirrored, so that you have optimal privacy). Both bedrooms have air conditioning and a double bed (160 x 200) with bedside tables and cupboard space. Each bedroom has two windows with shutters and mosquito screens. The bathrooms have a double sink, toilet, bath-shower combination and electric heating.
The terrace (near the pool and around the house) is completely tiled. There is also an outdoor shower with cold and hot water and a barbecue area with fixed benches and table. A gas barbecue is available for this purpose (Spanish plate). There is also a canopy for plenty of shade!
There are plenty of garden chairs and sunbeds to relax.
The plot (1000m2) is completely fenced and the garden has beautiful plants and trees.
The swimming pool is cleaned weekly.
