The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, just 5 minutes drive from the center of Moraira, a beautiful coastal town where there are several famous beaches such as L'Ampolla and El Portet, as well as a wide range of restaurants, bars and shops on the front line. This is one of the reasons why this region has become an attraction for anyone looking for an enjoyable and relaxing holiday, perfect for families and couples. All the rooms have airconditioning.

The Duplex apartment is located in the town of Moraira, with privileged views of the surrounding mountains and vineyards. It has 3 bedrooms and capacity for 6 people.

The distribution of the duplex apartment is as follows: on the second floor, the access door leads to the main accommodation consisting of a hall, equipped American kitchen, dining room, living room, air conditioning, TV, a master bedroom with bed Queensize, a bathroom with WC and bathtub and a second bedroom with two single beds. After the living room, there is access to a veranda patio which gives access to a staircase to the lower floor where there is a large terrace and a studio composed of a bedroom with two single beds, a fridge and a bathroom with wc, shower and washing machine. The terrace is equipped with a large table with chairs and two deckchairs. The terrace offers a superb panorama and access to a large secure community area with large gardens and a swimming pool.

Upon arrival, you will be asked to pay cash for fees and services. The cleaning fee is €95 per stay. The sheets and towels package is €15 per person. We also ask for a deposit of 250€ which will be returned to your account maximum 48 hours after your departure if no damage has been observed.

You will also be asked to show your passport which will be scanned and uploaded to the Guarda Civil app. Please note that this is a legal obligation of the Valencia Tourist Board to ensure everyone's safety.
