Due to the rolling landscape, a means of transport is recommended.

Our stylish two-bedroom apartment is located in a small and quiet complex overlooking palm trees.

- Bright living room with Smart TV (apps, no TV channels), air conditioning and fast 5G fiber optic internet.
- Bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower
- Two bedrooms with air conditioning, shutters, fitted wardrobes and comfortable beds
Bedroom 1: king-size bed (180x200 cm)
Bedroom 2: two single beds (90x200 cm) - Storage space (vacuum cleaner/ironing facilities)
- Basement with washing machine, drying rack and extra storage space (including for bicycles/beach equipment)
- South-facing balcony with a view of palm trees (on the same floor as the living area)
- Sunny terrace with lounge set and 4 sunbeds adjacent to the communal garden (accessible via an external staircase, on the same floor as the storage room)

- Private parking right outside the door (accessible via a small staircase)
- Communal swimming pool at approx. 30 meters
- Although we love animals, pets are unfortunately not allowed in the complex.
