-Located in a pleasant neighborhood, within walking distance you will find numerous bars and restaurants, where you can enjoy a drink, good food and tapas, there are also several supermarkets for all your purchases, or stroll through one of the weekly markets (1 on Thursday, 1 on Saturday).
There are also nice playgrounds for the little ones in our urbanization.
You can enjoy the beach but also the mountains are not very far away.
-Due to its great location, it is an excellent base to Alicante, Elche, Santa Pola, Guardamar del Segura, Torrevieja, etc…
Our region is very popular with walkers, cyclists, golfers and motorcyclists for its beautiful walking, cycling / mountain biking, motorcycle routes and golf courses, our house is therefore a very suitable base.
Bicycles and motorbikes can be parked safely in the garden.
