The villas are located on a plot of 1,100 m2  with beautiful palms, together have a lovely swimming pool with outdoor shower and beautiful terraces with fantastic views everywhere.

In the months of July and August MANDATORY TO RENT BOTH VILLAS.
In the winter season (December - March) we rent out 1 villa for a maximum of 3 consecutive months.

Pets are NOT allowed.

Denia, Benidorm, Moraira, Javea easily accessible at a short distance.
But Valencia and Alicante are also only an hour's travel away.

Location.
Lovely, slightly elevated and quietly situated against the south side of the mountain "Montesano" and therefore beautiful view, and yet the village is easy to reach, also on  foot!
Just a few kilometers away from vast; some busy, or quiet sandy beaches!
Nice villages; major cities and tourist attractions in the immediate vicinity.
But also beautiful nature, mountains, streams, caves and green valleys.

The villas are similar in size and equipment:
Modern and high-quality furnishings and they are fully equipped.
Each villa has two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The bedrooms have excellent beds and an extra cot is available.
A spacious living room with good furniture; Dutch satellite TV; Nice sound equipment  and also from here a beautiful view of the valley through the large windows / patio doors.
The kitchen, completely complete, with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle,  Senseo machine, sandwich maker,
 hob, etc.
And of course, the washing machine is not missing either.
Everything on the ground floor and of course with air conditioning / heating.

Swimming pool and terraces.
Lovely terraces (open and covered) with comfortable furniture for 10 people, and super luxurious sunbeds; a nice lounge area; a beautiful BBQ area and everywhere a fantastic view over the Girona valley.

Environment.
The area around Sanet y Negrals lends itself to hiking; cycle; golf but of course also for all water sports on the endless sandy beaches of Denia, Oliva or Javea.
Walking in the many nature reserves in the region or just between the (flat) citrus orchards.
Cycling, on the flat roads to the beach or, for the sports enthusiasts, through the mountains of the hinterland where you can meet various professional cyclists who also train here frequently.
There are several amusement parks, safari/animal parks, go-kart tracks, caves and other tourist attractions in the region. Among them the well-known (theme) parks Terra Mitica and Aqualandia in the 25 km. located Benidorm.
In Sanet there is a small supermarket and a bakery where you can buy fresh bread. At 5 minutes is the beautiful shopping center La Marina with several large supermarkets.
And of course there are the pleasant shopping streets and promenades in Denia.

There are plenty of restaurants about which extensive information material is available in the houses.

Five golf courses are within a 30-minute drive, while the beautiful Oliva Nova golf course and La Sella Golf Course are "just around the corner".
Charging hybrid (or electric) vehicles: we have a socket at the carport where you can charge with 16 amps.
For EVs, there are options in the village and at the nearby La Marina shopping center.
A paradise in the most beautiful part of the Costas!
