I am the owner of this lovely detached, fully fenced house on a plot of approximately 800m2
At the rear of the house there is a beautiful unobstructed view over the salt lake of Torrevieja. With a bit of luck you will see a large group of flamingos flying by.
The house is located in a quiet location. The plot is completely fenced and offers a lot of privacy in and around the house. There are several terraces and the roof terrace can also be used. You can enjoy a barbecue in the courtyard. The air conditioning in the living room with fireplace can provide cooling, but you can also take a dip in the swimming pool.
After cooling off, enjoy some sunbathing on one of the sunbeds. WiFi is of course available and free. Using the Chromecast it is possible to stream all your favorite channels. The master bedroom has air conditioning and ensuite bathroom. The 2 other bedrooms have a fan and a bathroom together
Parking is possible in front of the house on its own grounds. The beach is 1.9 km from the house.
Restaurants and supermarkets can be found within 1 km, and are also easily accessible on foot or by bike. The center of Torrevieja can be reached within 10 minutes by car.
Upon arrival, there is fresh cold water and a bottle of wine cold in the refrigerator.
