Since July 2023, this property in a beautiful quiet location with great views of the Salt Lake of Torrevieja can be reserved! This lovely detached fully fenced house on a plot of approx. 800m2 At the rear of the house there is a beautiful unobstructed view over the salt lake of Torrevieja. With a bit of luck you will see a large group of flamingos flying by.
The house is located in a quiet location. The plot is completely fenced and offers a lot of privacy in and around the house. There are several terraces and the roof terrace can also be used. In the courtyard garden it is wonderful to barbecue. In the living room with fireplace, the air conditioning can provide cooling, but you can also take a dip in the swimming pool.
After cooling down, sunbathe on 1 of the sunbeds. To protect from the sun, there is a large paracol at the sunbeds, which are equipped with cushions. Wifi (fiber optic) is of course available, and free of charge. The range of the Wifi is strong inside and around the house. With the help of the chromecast it is possible to stream all favorite channels. The master bedroom on the ground floor has air conditioning and ensuite bathroom. The remaining 2 bedrooms on the ground floor have a fan and together another bathroom. From the courtyard garden, the 4th bedroom with en-suite bathroom can be reached via a staircase. Through the round windows you have a beautiful view over the Salt Lake. Upstairs there is a terrace with furniture in front of the entrance. From the terrace you have a view of the surroundings and of course the salt lake. The upstairs 4th bedroom (Azul Room) can only be booked from 7 adults.
Parking is available in front of the house on site.
The beach is 1.9 km from the property. Restaurants and supermarkets can be found within 1 km, and can also be reached on foot or by bike. The center of Torrevieja can be reached within 10 minutes by car. Tip, the use of a scooter or (electric) bicycle is ideal for exploring the area.
On arrival there is fresh cold water and a bottle of wine cold in the fridge to cool down.
The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances and service goods: Bean coffee can be brewed with an expresso machine, or ground coffee for a large pot of coffee. Cooking can be done with the 4 burner induction hob, or the oven. A dishwasher is provided. Plenty of service equipment, pans, glasses ect. There is an Airfryer, toaster, ect. present in the kitchen.

We love the peace and space, and really enjoy the view over the beautiful Salt Lake of Torrevieja. with the flamingos flying overhead. We hope that our guests enjoy this special place as much as possible.
Deposit when booking 25%. Remainder 1 week before arrival. Cancellation free of charge up to 4 weeks before the start. The remainder of 75% must be paid no later than 7 days before arrival. Rental rates are excl. final cleaning (€ 160,= or € 200,= when using Azul Room). Bed and bath linen are provided free of charge. Deposit € 300,= min. To be paid 1 day prior to arrival. Deposit will be refunded after settlement of final cleaning. An extra cleaning fee of € 25,= will be charged per dog. Energy consumption above 75KWH per week is charged at € 0.35 per KWH. This will be deducted from the deposit.
Sail with a rented boat, or with the ferry to Tarbarca, an island located near Torrevieja, where you can relax on the beach, or enjoy a snack and a drink.
