Celia - oceanfront villa

With its unrivalled position right in front of the sea, Casa Celia is among our star villas. It enjoys incomparable breathtaking views directly towards the sea. The advantageous position of the house having all the rooms facing the seaside provides minimal road disturbance from the coast road at the rear, above the villa. Casa Celia is located by La Fustera where we can access the main beach of this area through a path below the garden. La Fustera is right in between Calpe and Moraira, two of the major hotspots of the Costa Blanca where a large variety of shops, restaurants, and bars can be explored.

The villa offers parking for two cars, from which, stairs lead down to the villa. We start with an astonishing outdoor area where a large gravelled garden with a BBQ area extends almost to the water's edge. Just a few steps above this magnificent gravelled terrace we find a large private and gated swimming pool with sunbeds, a tennis table, and a charming shaded dining area, all encompassed by a delightfully Mediterranean-style garden. Behind the barbecue, we find an outside shower and the utility room with the washing machine.

The villa itself is built on 2 stories. We enter a spacious modern and tasteful lounge/dining room with Sat+TV+DVD and A/C together with patio doors opening onto a shaded dining area next to the gated pool. We follow to a fully equipped kitchen, and a double bedroom with a guest-WC. Interior stairs lead to the upper floor where 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms with A/C each welcome us, together with a shower room.
