From the terrace at the back of the house you have a beautiful view over the mountains and the sea.
The house has two floors, of which only the top floor is in use. In the future, we will also include the bottom floor, which is now only used for storage.

The garden is very spacious and has several seating areas, so you can always look for shade.

The terrace on the side of the living room has a long table with 8 chairs for fine dining and enjoying the sea views
From the kitchen you enter the side terrace where you can enjoy a sheltered breakfast, lunch and dinner. Especially in the hot summers, this is not an unnecessary luxury.
The beautiful entrance is a nice entrance, but you can also enter through the large gate, so you don't have to climb stairs. There is also room to park 2 cars behind the gate.

From the kitchen you enter the cozy living room with large dining table and a sitting area with fireplace.

The new kitchen was completed in December and is fully equipped.

All rooms have access to the wide terrace of 25m2. The terrace has a lounge sofa, lounger and 4-person dining table.
You walk directly onto the terrace from the 'master bedroom'. Drink your coffee here in the morning, or a glass of wine in the evening sun. This is the best spot of the apartment.
From the living room you step onto the terrace and you can eat with 4 people at this dining table. You can look away in the garden or over the bay of Altea.

Here you look from the kitchen into the living room.
The kitchen is equipped with Bosch appliances; ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. There is also a Nespresso coffee machine. In the utility room you will find the washing machine and microwave.

This is the entrance to the apartment.
The apartment is on the ground floor and has a wide terrace (25m2). The sun protection is ideal during hot summer days.
The complex is called Jazmines 3. The complex is surrounded by a beautifully maintained Mediterranean garden.
Underneath the complex is the parking garage. This is secure and only accessible to residents.
This is the first swimming pool. Here you can grab a sunbed. There are parasols, there is a shower and a toilet.
This is the second swimming pool and is located lower in the garden. Here you can grab a sunbed. There are umbrellas and there is a shower.
The beautifully landscaped garden connects the two pools via a staircase. Here you walk to the lower swimming pool and look out over the bay.
Located on a hill you will find the charming and artistic town of Altea. Here you will find many nice boutiques, galleries and restaurants. The idyllic streets are very photogenic because of the white houses, beautiful terraces and colorful flowers.
The view is also beautiful in the evening! You see Altea and Benidorm light up in the distance. The garden is attractively lit so you can enjoy long warm evenings on the terrace.
The old center is surrounded by nice restaurants and terraces. Enclosed between the white houses you eat the tastiest dishes.
Pueblo Mascarat; the district has its own marina and several restaurants.
Within 10 minutes you drive from the apartment to Calpe. Here you will find long, wide sandy beaches and the iconic rock Peñon de Ifach, which overlooks the sea. At 330 meters high, this is the rock of Calpe!
You can walk to Greenwich harbor within 20 minutes (or 5 minutes by car). This luxury marina is full of (luxury) restaurants and boutiques. Fan of fast boats and cars? You can definitely spot them here.
Pueblo Mascarat; just 5 minutes walk from the apartment you will find this beautiful place. Walk between the rocks or do you even dare to take the jump from the bridge? The complete walk takes about 1.5 - 2 hours.
Don't skip this tip! Just behind the church you will find De Sabors. A small, but so tasty, patisserie. If you can't make a choice (just like us) order a second round ;)
