The spacious and comfortable newly built holiday apartment 'Casa Vinn' is located in the beautiful complex 'Saoco' in San Miguel de Salinas and will be rented out from summer 2024. 

The apartment is fully equipped and has also been thought of for the little ones. It is cooled or heated by means of an air conditioning system and all windows are equipped with shutters so that the house can be closed well. We have also provided extra luxury with delicious Rituals products in the bathroom, but the beds and bed/bath linen are also of hotel quality.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms, is located on a corner and is located on the ground floor, with a spacious garden of 86m2! From the garden there is direct access to the shared garden with swimming pool, fitness and playground. This holiday home can accommodate up to 6 people. Parking is free next to the house on the public road.

We are Peter and Dominique and we live together with our son and dog Loena in a village Opmeer in the Netherlands. At the end of 2022 we were allowed to make one of our dreams come true, buying an apartment in sunny Spain. We knew pretty quickly that we were going to look for a place in the Costa Blanca South area because the climate there feels very nice and there is plenty of fun to do! After visiting several apartments, our choice fell on this new construction project near the village of San Miguel de Salinas.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the leased property on the agreed date, he must immediately notify the landlord. A telephone notification of this must be confirmed in writing or by email.

If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period before the start date of the rental period:

  • More than 2 weeks, 20% of the rent remains due;
  • Less than 2 weeks, 50% of the rent remains due;
