The villa is located in a quiet street near Benimeit and is accessible via a small staircase. On either side of this there is a carport under the shade of palm trees. The entire villa is air-conditioned and consists of two separate floors, each with its own entrance.
The top floor
Spacious hall, 3 spacious bedrooms with 2 beds each with duvets. There is plenty of closet space. There are 2 bathrooms, 1 of which is en-suite with one of the bedrooms. This bathroom has a toilet, sink and walk-in shower. The other bathroom has a toilet, sink and bath with shower. In the living room, the view is spectacular through the three semicircular panoramic windows with double glazing. Here is a fireplace, flat screen TV. The kitchen is of course equipped with all necessary equipment. From the living room you enter the conservatory (called naya in Spain). From there you can access the terrace and the swimming pool. There is also an outdoor shower here. Sunbeds, parasol, etc. are all available.
The lower floor
Accessible via a separate external staircase with its own entrance. Here is a hall, two spacious bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with toilet, sink, shower + bath. A spacious sitting room with sea view, French balcony to outdoor kitchen, flat screen TV, WIFI and a fireplace.

Garden
A stone staircase takes you to the garden, where mimosa and bougainvillea bloom. You will find an attractive corner with a U-shaped lounge sofa, which gives you the opportunity to relax quietly in the shade with a view of the sea. There is also a lawn and sandy beach with palm trees where you can lie down.
