At the rear of the apartment, adjacent to bedrooms 2 and 3, there is a patio, where you will find the washing machine and place to dry the laundry. The house has air conditioning in all areas and there is underfloor heating throughout the house for the winter months. Of course, WiFi is not lacking. The apartment is located in a small-scale closed residence with low-rise apartments and detached villas.

There is a beautiful communal swimming pool with children's pool and sunbathing area. Because it is a small residence, it is never crowded at the pool. Even in high season, you can relax by the pool. The residence has a central but quiet location. The first restaurants are a few minutes' walk away and the new Habaneras shopping center is a 10-minute walk away. The large supermarkets Carrefour, Mercadonna and Lidl can also be found here. The beach is 880 meters from the apartment. This apartment is fantastic in the summer, but it is also wonderful to enjoy in the winter because of the perfect sun position!
