The property:
The house has 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a VERY richly equipped kitchen and of course an extremely attractive living room adjacent to the beautiful terrace of no less than 32 m2!
From the large terrace you can enjoy the beautiful view of the courtyard garden and the swimming pool from the lounge area. The terrace is oriented to the North so there is always a place in the shade, which makes the location ideal. The pool has a shallow part and a sloping deeper part. So also ideal for children! Everything is also fenced (just like the private terrace) which gives peace of mind with children.
In the master bedroom there is a fixed double bed and in the other bedroom there are 2 separate single beds. In both bedrooms there is a spacious built-in wardrobe for your clothes and other belongings.
In addition, each room has a separate air conditioner so that you can always relax in each room of the house, separately from each other.
The house can be rented to a maximum of 4 people.
The house is located on the ground floor. You can enter the terrace through 2 steps and enter the house through 1 step. The house itself is completely on one level without any thresholds or steps.
Outside at the back of the house there is another private (fenced) part where you can safely place your bicycles🚲, for example.
