This brand new 3-room apartment is located in Area Beach III, which is fully equipped with all conveniences and luxury with its two swimming pools, wellness, fitness, padel court and jeu de boules court.
The view is literally to write home about. In addition to the view, the apartment is extremely luxurious and very comfortable for up to four people. I have lovingly decorated the penthouse with the colors of the lake (blue) and the surroundings (natural tones) and it makes me very happy.

In the El Raso district itself there are several restaurants and shops, and Guardamar del Segura and La Mata with their long sandy beaches and Torrevieja (with the large shopping centers) can be reached within 5-10 minutes. Cities such as Orihuela, Murcia, Alicante and Cartagena can be reached in about half an hour.
The Sunday market Lemontree is within walking distance and with around 300 stalls and restaurants is an experience in itself.
If you prefer peace and quiet, walking around the lake, playing golf on one of the many golf courses or just reading a book on the terrace is a perfect alternative.

The open kitchen/living room is spacious and cozy. The master bedroom is spacious and has its own integrated bathroom and toilet. The other two rooms have two single beds, which can of course be one together, and a clever bunk bed that pulls out for the night. All rooms have built-in wardrobes. And there is an extra bathroom with toilet.
In addition to a balcony off the living room, there is a solarium (roof terrace) of more than 100 m2. There are various lounge and dining options here. There is a fully fitted kitchen, SPA and outdoor shower.
