Just 600 meters away you can find the beautiful sandy beaches of Playa Flamenca and La Zenia. The popular shopping centre La Zenia Boulevard is also only 700 metres away. In the immediate vicinity there is an abundance of cozy restaurants & cafes. A large supermarket is located right next to the resort. If you like a market, you can indulge yourself on Saturdays in the street market of Playa Flamenca, which is only 400 meters away. If you come to play golf, the nearest golf course Villamartin Golf is about 4 kilometers away.

The area is flat and ideal for cycling and walking. Flamenca Village resort offers many luxurious communal facilities including a large swimming pool with bar, large heated swimming pool, children's pools, several hot and chilled jacuzzis, a sauna and a well-equipped gym / fitness room that you can use unlimitedly, an outdoor gym with outdoor fitness attributes, playground and two jeux de boules courts. The apartment is oriented to the south so that you can enjoy the sun all year round, in the house but also on the spacious balcony of approx. 29 m². The house can be cooled and heated by means of an integrated air conditioning (hot & cold). The bathrooms have underfloor heating in case it is cold. The apartment and the underground parking garage can be reached by an elevator and/or stairs which are located within 10 meters of the front door. Pets are not allowed in this holiday apartment.
