A wonderful holiday experience and really enjoy a beautiful, comfortable and cozy villa. And that in a very relaxing, versatile and typically Spanish environment. Welcome to our home! Cozy furnished single-storey villa with lovely large private saltwater swimming pool (so no chlorine) of 9x4 m.
From the lovely garden with flowers, palm trees and various terraces you have a beautiful view and lots of privacy.  The villa stands on a plot of 500m2 and is fully fenced. A maximum of 2 steps, so also well suited for less mobile people. 
The house is fully equipped, has comfortable furniture and 2 of the 3 bedrooms are equipped with luxury box springs. 

There is super fast WiFi (Fiber 600 mb) in the house! Our home features a brand new 55inch (122 cm wide) 4K Samsung Smart TV.  Chromecast available to watch live TV on the big TV screen via your own TV app on your phone or tablet.

The kitchen is equipped with an AEG washing machine, induction hob, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, oven / grill, air fryer, toaster, mixer, combi microwave / grill, Nescafe Dolce Gusto, senseo machine, filter coffee machine, kettle,  electric (and hand) orange press and further extensive kitchen inventory. The living room and bedrooms are each separately equipped with air conditioning that can of course cool but also heat. Only 25 minutes by car from (the airport of) Alicante. Various types of wonderful beaches can be reached within 10 to 15 minutes.
Beautiful dunes with pine trees. You can park here for free and very close to the beach. 

Golf, delicious restaurants, shopping, walking and/or cycling in the beautiful nature. It is all abundantly present here. Several nice Spanish villages and towns quickly accessible. 
Within walking distance there is a small shopping center with a supermarket (Dialprix),  restaurants, shops, a tourist office, medical center and police station. Within a 10-minute drive you can find Lidl, Aldi, Mercadona and Burger King.

The villa has a large saltwater swimming pool of 9x4 meters with plenty of terrace and privacy, patio furniture, 6 sunbeds and 2 outdoor showers. 
No chlorine so no skin problems because of this. Wonderfully soft water, no chlorine smell and much more environmentally friendly. A pleasure to swim in. 

A regular tenant of our house called it "a paradise". That's nice to hear and we are also very proud of it.
