VILLA MORAIRA is a modern villa built in 2016. The owner is an architect and has specially designed the house to be enjoyed with many guests. The location in the green, combined with the fantastic sea view is unique in this area.
ECODESIGN
The passion with which the house is made is reflected in the tranquility that emanates from it. White and gray tones are the basis for accents in natural materials. Large canopies ensure that the villa stays cool in summer while a low sun position warms up the house in winter. The underfloor heating and air conditioning throughout the house therefore hardly need to be used.
ULTIMATE ENJOYMENT
Villa Moraira is the ideal place to relax with family and friends. Whether it's a week away or the whole summer vacation. The mild climate of the Costa Blanca makes a stay pleasant even in the winter months. The villa is equipped for the hustle and bustle of 10 people, where everyone can also find a place to retreat to. The seven terraces offer that possibility in the sun and in the shade.
FULLY EQUIPPED
You approach the villa from the roof level, with parking spaces, roof garden and a spacious roof terrace. The entrance, living room, kitchen, master bedroom with bathroom, as well as a separate guest toilet and storage room are located on the floor below. The kitchen with a large cooking island is fully equipped, with two refrigerators and a freezer. The large induction hob, steam oven, microwave oven and plate warmer make cooking a pleasure. Two dishwashers make washing up unnecessary. You can eat inside, but also on two terraces under umbrellas. On this level there is also a spacious covered lounge area. A 6-metre high loft connects the entrance floor to the ground floor and creates a place for children to play inside. On this level you will find four bedrooms overlooking the pool and a home cinema with a 65-inch ultra HD screen. Next to the home cinema is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. On the lower level of the property is a pétanque court.
Villa Moraira is affiliated with "UNIQUE", a service organization that can take care of a stocked fridge on arrival, but also organizes a culinary event or private dining at home with its own "chef", offers private massage by the pool or arranges lessons from a yoga teacher. UNIEK also gives tips about restaurants, beaches etc. and is available for everything that makes your holiday a unique experience.
CHILDREN
A high chair is part of the equipment of Villa Moraira, as well as two camping beds, one of which is adjustable for babies. One of the bedrooms has a changing table with a pillow to change a baby. There is no standard protection for children around the pool. A fence around a pool is not required by law in Spain.
SWIMMING WITH SPECTACULAR VIEWS
The three terraces on the ground floor offer views of the pool and garden. The infinity pool overlooking the Ifach is 11 x 4 meters, with a depth ranging from 1.2 to 1.85 m and has a special Mediterranean color, which becomes completely enchanting when the spotlights are on in the evening. Next to the pool is an outdoor shower and an additional toilet room.
SAFETY
Villa Moraira has an alarm system but there is also a safe available.
