Villa Moraira

VILLA MORAIRA is a modern villa built in 2016. The owner is an architect and has specially designed the house to be enjoyed by many guests. The location in the green, combined with the fantastic sea view is unique in this area.

ECODESIGN
The passion with which the house was created is reflected in the tranquility that radiates from it. White and gray tones are the basis for accents in natural materials. Large awnings ensure that the villa remains cool in summer, while a low sun position warms the house in winter. The underfloor heating and air conditioning throughout the house therefore hardly need to be used.

ULTIMATE ENJOYMENT
Villa Moraira is the ideal place to relax with family and friends. Whether it's a week away or the entire summer holidays. The mild climate of the Costa Blanca makes a stay pleasant, even in the winter months. The villa is equipped for the pleasant hustle and bustle of 10 people, where everyone can find a place to retreat for a while. The seven terraces offer this option in the sun and in the shade.

EQUIPPED WITH EVERY CONVENIENCE
You approach the villa from the roof level, with parking spaces, roof garden and a spacious roof terrace. The entrance, living room, kitchen, master bedroom with bathroom, as well as a separate guest toilet and storage room are located on the floor below. The kitchen with a large cooking island is fully equipped, with two refrigerators and a freezer. The large induction hob, steam oven, microwave oven and plate warmer make cooking a pleasure. Two dishwashers make washing dishes unnecessary. You can eat indoors or on two terraces under parasols. There is also a spacious covered lounge area on this level. A void of 6 meters height connects the entrance floor with the ground floor and creates a place for children to play indoors. On this level you will find four bedrooms with pool views and a home theater with a 65-inch ultra HD screen. Next to the home cinema is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. There is a pétanque court on the bottom level of the site.

CHILDREN
A high chair is part of the equipment at Villa Moraira, as well as two camping beds, one of which is adjustable for babies. One of the bedrooms has a changing table with a pillow for changing a baby. There is no standard protection for children around the swimming pool. A fence around a swimming pool is not legally required in Spain.

SWIMMING WITH A SPECTACULAR VIEW
The three terraces on the ground floor offer views of the pool and garden. The infinity swimming pool overlooking the Ifach is 11 x 4 meters, with a depth ranging from 1.2 to 1.85 m and has a special Mediterranean color, which becomes completely enchanting when the spotlights are on in the evening. Next to the pool is an outdoor shower and an extra toilet room.

SAFETY
Villa Moraira has an alarm system but a safe is also available.

The room gives access to the terrace. The bathroom has a bath and separate shower with rain and massage shower, toilet, double sink, hairdryer and a chest of drawers for toiletries.

This bedroom with private bathroom has a King Size Box Spring bed of 1.80m x 2.00m with a large mattress, built-in wardrobe, air conditioning and access to the pool terrace. The bathroom has a rain and massage shower, toilet and double sink, hairdryer and a chest of drawers for toiletries.

This bedroom with private bathroom has a King Size Box Spring bed of 1.80m x 2.00m with two mattresses, built-in wardrobe, air conditioning and access to the pool terrace. The bathroom has a rain and massage shower, toilet and sink, hairdryer and a chest of drawers for toiletries.
