Spread over 2 floors, we offer our detached house for 1 to max. 6 pers. at. Close to the beach, swimming pool, shops, restaurants, bars and golf courses.

A staircase leads to the top of the cozy house, where a fully equipped kitchen is fully equipped. The (upstairs) apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with bath and is suitable for up to 4 people. This floor is equipped with air conditioning (hot/cold) and ceiling fans. With another staircase upstairs you come to the lovely spacious roof terrace with a beautiful view towards the sea, where on nice days, the sun shines all day long. There are 4 comfortable sun loungers, 2 sunbeds, a dining table with 4 chairs. If you want to sit in the shade, there is also a pergola. There is also a plancha (a plate of BBQ) available.

The property also features a lower floor. The garage is for private use. If you come with a group of more than 4 people, you can rent the ground floor as an extra bedroom. This ground floor consists of one bedroom with a double bed, its own small shower and toilet, kitchenette and a sitting area with 2 relax chairs. The ground floor is not rented separately, but can only be rented as an addition and only from May to September.  This is to ensure your privacy. This is therefore optional, only if you come with several (5 or 6) people or if you are 2 couples and want privacy. The ground floor apartment has its own access.

The house is only 8 min. by car from the beach. Located in La Marina Urbanization, in the village of San Fulgencio, 25 min. drive from Alicante airport. Our house is located in a quiet neighborhood, within walking distance of shops, restaurants and bars and where the typical Spanish weekly market is held every Tuesday. The communal swimming pool is a 4-minute walk away, which you can use for free . There is an 18-hole golf course, La Marquesa, about 13 km away.

You will be welcomed by our Dutch/English/French/Spanish speaking key manager.
